@@canadianbassist-garrettont7368 First I record the raw bass. Then after I add a couple of different layers of the Darkglass. I use two different layers but also keep the raw bass as well. I'm a bit new when it comes to mixing but I'm glad you liked how it was mixed together! ps. sorry for the late reply. ❤
@@JosieTheBassist I’m new to the mixing too but sound similar to how I do it I have a wet track (which is my effects lately been using Sansamp from my Hx effects and some compression which is my Darkglass) then I have a dry signal that no effects just straight bass no preamp just direct to my interface. Then I level them out. So I guess I’m on the right track. What Darkglass are you using? I have an alpha Omega I still play with it some times trying to find that right tone.
