Hi. Love your videos. Just saw the short for the crochet Solomon skirt. Are you going to be posting the instructions? It looks like a great outfit. Thank you.
I would definitely make a tutorial or a pattern for that! I'll post about as soon as it's available ✨💞💞💞
Hello, love this little hat, you have made a very clear understandable tutorial, would you do a granny beanie with a small ribbed brim, as a different twist on the bucket hat, I can do the hat no problem but im not sure whether Id need to decrease on a brim or not. :)
Hii, sounds great!🤩 I think you can definitely figure out how to do it when you get to the brim part (basically, you'll skip the increasing stitches and the number of stitches the same on each row, by doing so the brim won't open up). If you need any further help, don't hesitate to ask me 😉
I like this video because you made it big I made one hat but I used 5 granny squares only and all are same size
It came out small suitable for kids size so I will save this tutorial when I’m future I’m doing a bigger hat
Hi💞, from 1:08 (after the size chart) there're some notes for the measurements of each square for each size 😉
@@ABoCStudio thank will check
Love this tutorial! Even with the correct tools, I’m having a hard time making the medium squares bigger than the smaller squares - any tips??
Hi, I would suggest you to loosen up your tension on the working yarn🧶 that might help adding consistency of the stitches true to the size of your crochet hook 😉 Let me know if you have further questions!
Hii Natalie, I love your tutorials. I was making Granny's bucket hat now and I want to add a few more row on its brim. Should I do another 3DC ch1 on each chain space or maybe should I do increase like the first or second row of brim?😅
Hii, you should definitely do increasing like row 1 of the brim ✨💞
Thank you.
Very nice
Do you have tutorial that only uses the granny square for the sides of the hat.
The crown and brine are worked in the round as per usual.
I would like to make that. Thanks
Oh that's great idea! You can try by make 1 more extra row for each square and the crown, skip the brim! I think it would turn out like a beanie 💞💞
Thanks for the video, could you share the details of yarns that you used? I want to make one for my little sister! Much appreciated❤
Hi, I used milk cotton yarn 💞🧶
Very pretty! 💕💕Can I use this pattern to sell some granny square bucket hats? I will give you credit! :)
Yes of course💕 feel free to sell your handmade goods 😘
@@ABoCStudio thank you!🤎
For joing the pentagon, can we do the same methode as we did fr the squares?plus i love ❤ how easy and simple it is to follow !also i hv subed♡
Thank you so much 🥰 💞And yes we use the same joining method🧶

とても可愛い😍

Amazing 💞thank you so much!!!
Hey I love this tutorial. I was wondering if there was a way to extend the brim of the hat to maybe four rows instead of two? I also extended the no. of rows in the granny square itself to 5. Please let me know if it is possible.
Yes it's definitely possible, we'll do the same method as for the previous brim rows 💞💞💞
Ok. Thank you so much 😊
Hello!! I love this hat. I want to add more rows to the brim. How can I go aboit that?
Hiii to increase the brim you would do the same as the previous brim rows. works increase stitch 2Dc C1 2Dc in: Eaither in the middle of the squares or under the joinning line (which ever available on the row) 😉🧶
Thank you for this video? If I use blanket yarn instead of acrylic would the hat turn out to be a size bigger?
Hi💞 so, what's the category of the yarn you're talking about? If you can't find the info on the label, you can use WPI method, follow this link:

Love this hat! Mine is a little floppy, should I use fabric stiffener?
Yes you can! 🧶
Beautiful! Is this acrylic or cotton yarn?
The green one is acrylic and blue is cotton ✨🧶
💛🙏💛🙏💛🙏
💕
Thank you for the video! I made the small one but would like to make one for my 9 yo nice, what do you recommend?
You can use thinner yarn and smaller hook to create smaller sizes 💞
Hi! Do I just do the same thing if i wanna make the brim longer for more shade?
Yes 💓
How much yarn did you use for each color? Its my first project i hv no idea how much yarn to buy. Thanks
Hii, I want to ask, how many total yarn do you use for the size of the hat you make?
I want to make it using 5ply milk cotton thread, what hook number do you think is suitable?
I think for cotton milk yarn you need to double strand the yarn for this project and it will take about 150-250gr of yarn depends on the size⭐️
Would the small hat fit a child/toddler? Love the vid x
I think for toddlers you would want to make the square smaller! by simply using skinnier yarn and smaller hook!
@@ABoCStudio thank you for replying! Great idea x
Hi. This hat is so pretty. How many ply/strands of the aran yarn #4? I tried making a normal bucket hat with 5ply yarn but it does not fit adult head. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Hii, yarn category doesn't depend on number ply because ply have different sizes/types too. To find out category your yarn in you can use WPI method, follow this link:
www.craftyarncouncil.com/standards/how-measure-wraps-inch-wpi
@@ABoCStudio thank you so much & will read up about it.
would this pattern work with red heart 5.5mm yarn? I want to try it and hope for the same outcome these are so cute!
Yes it’ll work with the 5mm hook😉🧶
hi! would i get the same size if i use 5ply milk cotton yarn? (it's the only yarn i have so i wanna make it work)
Hii💕 yes, and if the square is not big enough you can try double-strand the yarn 😉
Does the type of yarn help? If so what kind of yarn are you using
I used milk cotton yarn in this video 🧶💕
Share tq
Hello! I want to do your bucket hat in large, but I only have yarn 4 with a 5mm hook. Do I still need to double strand it ?
I think you don’t have to double strand it, but maybe used a 5,5 or 6mm hook would be safer 💞🧶
Hello! What yarn are you using to make the hats🙏🏿🥹
The green one is acrylic bulky No.5 yarn. And the blue one is double-stranded Dk No.3 cotton yarn 🧶💞
Hey, I really like your tutorial! I wanted to make a hat in size L and when I knit it with only 4 rows, the result wasn't even 10cm. Can I add 1 more row to make it bigger?
Yes absolutely! And then for the too of the hat you'll also need to make 1 more row 😉 then everything else is the same ✨
Wow, thanks for the tips. I want to ask again 😢, I have reached the part to make the hot brim and in the tutorial you put your stitch marker in the middle of the hole. However, because I added one more row, I only got 4 holes. Where should I put the stitch marker? @@ABoCStudio
@@Mingmingwondid you find a solution? how did you do it
Hi! I really loved this tutorial but my hat has turned out a bit too small. I've blocked the squares before putting it all together but i wanted to ask you if there maybe is a way to block it as a whole? It's my first time doing a hat so I'm not really familliar with the topic.
Hii💞 sorry about the late reply. You can definitely block it as a whole, if you have a steamer that would be great. You can put it on a head mannequin (a ball with same size of your head will do too) and use the steamer to block the stitches 🧶
Hi, if I want a longer brim, how do i increase ? Please advise. Thank you.
You can make the brim longer by creating 5 of the “2Dc, chain 1, 2Dc” each other round ✨💕
@@ABoCStudio Thank you 😊
hii, if im using 5ply milk cotton yarn, what hook should i use to make size M ??
Hii💞, yarn category/weight doesn't depend on number ply because ply have different sizes/types too. To find out category your yarn in you can use WPI method, follow this link:
www.craftyarncouncil.com/standards/how-measure-wraps-inch-wpi
@@ABoCStudio i already read it but i cant seem to understand the wpi method 😭😔🙏🏻
Hi, how much yarn to I need to prepare if I want to make a 3-colour small size hat? Thanks.
Depends on the size, but you'll need around 50gr of acrylic yarn for each color (average adult size)🧶💞
Can I make a solid Pentagon instead of a granny square pentagon?
Of course 😉🧶

I have 2 holes in the middle,do I do increases on both middle holes?
Hi, would you DM me some pics of your piece? it would be easier for me to see what i can help💞✨
If I wanted to increase the size of the brim how would I do that ?
You can make more rows with the increase-method of "2Dc C1 2Dc C1 in wach marked space" ✨
Hi can you tell me what pattern is used in the blue bucket hat?
It's actually the exact same pattern 🧶
Hello. How much yarn did u use for each sizes?
About 100-250gr of acrylic yarn 😉🧶
random request- can you do a “devil horns” bucket hat
Thanks for the suggestion 😻 I will put it on the list💡
What is the length and mass of the yarn you use in thing video?
I used acrylic bulky yarn and it takes about 80grams🧶
What yarn did you use?
I used chunky yarn from brand Pataya 💞
Is this pattern still available?
I love this hat! But I’m having trouble with the measurements. I made one and it’s the size of a stuffed animal’s head (which my daughter loves) but I’m trying to make one for my human head!😂
hi there, please check 1:11 where I talk about sizes and measurement!
@@ABoCStudio I did but I was still confused. Does this mean larger yarn? Or different number of rounds?
The size of the completed project will depend on the size of one granny square. If you take the size of your head rounded up to the nearest 5, then divide by five, that is how big your squares will need to be. For example, my head is 22in, rounded up to the nearest 5 is 25, and 25/5 is 5, so i would need granny squares that are 5in. along one side. The size of your hook and the yarn you are using will determine how big one square is. This is where the chart comes in handy, it shows what size hook and some yarns you need in order to achieve the sizes she shows. I would recommend making one square and measuring from there.
Hope this helps!! Happy crocheting
What size were u making??
I made a Medium 💕
