Everyone knows that when you hear the words "You have the right to remain silent" you're being arrested. Everyone except Sarah Boone that is. It's like she suffers from selective hearing. But later in the interview, when she asks her list of questions, she starts fishing for answers without coming out and asking if she's being arrested. "Is there something I should be doing?", "What's next?" She knew full well she was being arrested.
Both times it was Sara who said “normal protocol”, at the apartment as well as in interrogation the detective give did not say it in either interaction
Right! They didn't even repeat it. She literally only said it to the Dectives (after the Deputy putting up the yellow tape and said it was normal protocol).
I was appalled by the initial statements the Mr “Owens” made regarding Jorge’s brother’s criminal activity,as that has nothing do with Sara and Jorge is obviously dead…and yet he threw that out there with the “INTENTION” of tarring the reputation of Jorge ,resulting in family prejudice…. Owens is male version of Sara!,
Wondering why Owens didn't see fit to mention Sarah's brother's alleged activities too, since siblings' actions apparently reflect on those involved in Sarah's case.....🙄
Between Brian saying she was heading to the back porch for a butt when she called 911 and he went outside and her saying she has a little cigarette on the back porch it's CLEAR she never attempted CPR and was faking it on the phone with 911. She was not out of breath and chatting trying to get her story out instead of realizing how exhausting it is to do CPR. She's in the teens and still not even seeming a bit tired. Plus when the police and first responders get there she tells them about needing to get her lit cigarette on the back porch. She also claims to have done CPR before they got there and before she called 911 but when she supposed tried it he gurgled, which happened on the 911 call....
You’re right. And so that means that if she got up around noon, she lolled around for an hour, smoking and drinking, for an hour until she finally took Brian’s phone call around 1:00. Remember, she was ignoring his other calls that morning. She was in no rush to get him over. And if he’s obviously dead when she’s on the phone call with 911, why does she keep telling them to please hurry?? It’s not like they were going to be able to revive him. You say to hurry when they’re in medical distress, not when they’re dead and purple. Sarah, Sarah, Sarah!
No way was she doing CPR - if you’re really doing it you have to concentrate and count and it’s hard!! You’ll be out of breath and sweating & panicked.
LOL. Right? I don't even understand what that means. From her memory? From what she recalls? Or is that a phrase drunks use when a part of a black out is restored to memory? She's so odd.
So, while listening to ALL the times that body cam was out, SHE was the one who brought up PROTOCOL. Except for the one cop who was putting up the crime scene tape, SHE was the one who brought up should she stay on scene, they didn't ask her to, and they just told her ok that's be great, or something to that effect . . But in the world according to Sarah they're the ones who said all the B's she is now claiming...
Nope. Also, the brother committed that crime after Jorge was killed. An argument could be made that he did it from PTSD after what happened to Jorge. Also, Sarah's brother is a convicted pedo. Shall we drag everyone through the mud or focus on the facts? Owens is a hot mess.
Dr.Todd Grande has an interesting video today re: Boone turning down the plea deal. He has some great insight this whole case that gave me hope that Jorge will receive justice!
I find him very cerebral. But, he knows what he’s talking about. His last comment….I busted out laughing! He was wishing (this is paraphrased) Boone would have had to go pro se…because of the s*#*t show it would have been!
Why sarah had the word protocol fixated in her brain is crazy. Her lawyer trying to use that word against the state is bonkers because you can clearly hear no one said that word to her. The male detective speaking to her or answering her had said we can not give you a time line that what was happening at that moment of time was "COMMON" she then piped up to him protocol !!
No one told Sarah that she HAD to talk. What was said was that they had to read her Miranda rights again because they were going to talk about the autopsy. The term, "HAD TO" was in relation to Miranda. Owens is using a misplaced modifier in desperation. Both times I have heard the word protocol used, it was used by Sarah, though I don't understand what difference it makes who said it. Owens is slimey. I hope this hearing has given him a small taste of the ass whooping he is going to get from the state.
And Owens uses speaking objections, something that Judge Kraynick does not allow in his courtroom. He wants to know what the specific objections are and using case law to back it up. I don’t think Owens knows much case law.
14:45 I’ve been quite shocked by the people who don’t believe that an adult being zipped in a suitcase for an extended period of time wouldn’t be enough to end someone’s life.

I don't believe she didn't know he would die in that position. I'm a nurseds. My daughter picked up a few things especially respiratory issues. Mother's know they don't restrict their child's respiratory function by placing them in unsafe environments. She absolutely knew he couldn't breathe.

The tightly woven canvas of the suitcase simply wouldn't allow his oxygen supplies to pass through that material to sufficiently replenish his oxygen supplies compared to how quickly he was breathing it in.
You realize in the car she said that SHE has the facial recognition and that JORGE had the password. Now she says SHE has BOTH. Det Koepsell was NOT wrong- SARAH was LYING
I heard from someone commenting on a video about SB from another content creator that the wine (as she stated in her interview in the car) was Woodbridge Chardonnay), which the person commenting said is usually about 1.5L, about twice the size of a regular bottle of wine. And I didn’t notice until today that when Koepsell asked her in her interview in the car and she asked Sarah how much they had to drink, she said that they also finished a bottle that was about half full. So that’s the equivalent of about 3 regular bottles right there. I also noticed today that Sarah also said “You can see them in the trash.” I just wonder if there were more than those two empty bottles in the trash. I think I read somewhere that detectives found a receipt from Publix from that morning for more than one bottle of Woodbridge. I’m interested to know how many full bottles detectives found on the scene. Related to that, Sarah impeached herself on the stand when she said that Jorge just went down the street to buy cigarettes. She’s conveniently leaving out details. Hmmmmm…. I can’t wait for this trial. Like someone else here commented, I will be so disappointed if she accepts the plea deal. #justiceforjorge
This is perfect! Shows everything she said was indeed a lie! Awesome coverage!! Great job! I've seen this many times & yet I missed a couple thing myself!! ❤
She wanted to hit the Dr Pepper that most likely had vodka in it (Brian confirmed this) she needed it to keep her from shaking, watch her hands. She is trying to seem like she is anxious but its alcohol withdrawal symptoms
3 minutes after Sheriff Rodriguez showed up Sarah is asking for her Dr Pepper and a cigarette. Very annoying from the jump. Why didn't she grab them before heading out the door!?
Sarah’s initial call to 911 and the “hide and seek,” story was improvised on the spot. She wanted to make it look like he got in there and she fell asleep, but obviously didn’t think about all the logical issues she would have with that story…
@ideenfee we know George's BAC. We know 2 bottles of wine were bought and consumed that day. That doesn't mean the ONLY alcohol they consumed was in the two bottles they purchased that day, though.
How did she hold her phone and do compressions and shout out the numbers without her phone dropping from beneath her jawline? I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that performing compressions she most certainly was not while simultaneously attempting to build her defence to the despatcher knowing it's being recorded. That's how calculating she is, with her bfs dead body in her hands, she's already deceptively building the 'big lie/s". She's actually a very dangerous individual.
I think the most fascinating thing from watching today is understanding that when Sarah says something like "normal protocol?", it means that the other person said it or because they are part of the discussion it can be projected onto them... This reminds me of the "43 minute phone call", where "we were saying how good I am for Jorge". That phonecall, assuming it happened, would have been Sarah babbling on about how wonderful she is for Jorge, and the probation officer saying "uh huh" like Chelsey did whenever Sarah said anything ... she's not self aware that people are not agreeing with her, they are making conversation-continuer sounds to get her to continue to talk OR those same sounds, so that she'll stop talking (probably more of the latter).
Alsooooo, Sarah says she went to police station, parked her car and “left everything as regular” in her car and proceeded into the station. Det. Loen took her upstairs to retrieve her phone (allegedly) and surprise surprise, Sarah has her purse and a list of questions to ask Detective s. But she was just going to pick up her phone from some rando window. Why bring a list of questions if that was why she was there? Liar Liar.
Hi Tanika! I appreciate your insightfulness and just love you and all your wee ones. I'm glad all of us on your channel are going to be in this craziness together.. Bring it on! Thank you from Vancouver Island. ❤🇨🇦
I REALLY hope she testifies. Once the prosecutor starts cross, the jury will get to see the REAL Sarah Boone as she drops the innocent baby-talk voice and snaps back like she did during her interview with the detectives.
As an RN she did not do CPR. She was able to talk, not tired and keeps talking...also if she took him out that afternoon he would be in rigor an really unable to do CPR as his body would be in a fetal position in rigor..she definitely would have broken his ribs if she did cpr..also I saw a diagram where he was laying out flat so in that case she would have let him out suitcase when he died before going to sleep .I absolutely know he died before she fell asleep,a brain cannot last that long w/o oxygen, u can hear him struggling in the video so I feel she let him out b4 going upstairs n called Brian an Brian just hung up bc she always calls him drunk...she knew an I swear she better be found Guilty for depraved heart an mind an LWOP!
Thanks for this! I've been researching rigor and livor mortis. Rigor seems to release after so many hours. The First Responders will be able to testify if he was in rigor when they arrived.
Sarah learns words from the situation she is in. She assumes the language of whomever she wants to appear as their equal or superior. She did it in the suppression hearing by using the word scene to describe her home after Chelsey used it. She did it with protocol after the LEO used it on bodycam. It is how she positions herself.
God morning from Denmark 7,15 am). Today will be a very special day: The trial starts with jury selection - if its live stream from the court - I will be watching (9 am Florida time will be 4 pm Denmark time - so it could be some very long days).
Which is crazy, right?! It's like she's just busy trying to convince them that she is confused why he is dead. No matter the reason, wouldn't you be sad?
It is beyond strange that SB hasn't shown any emotional loss after spending almost four years with Jorge. Most people wouldn't be able to stop crying after being responsible for the death of your boyfriend 💔
Watching the hearing again I’m still angry that (deliberately not using his title) Owens kept referring to Orange County Sheriff's Office homicide detective Chelsey Koepsell as SHE and SB says Koepsell on the stand. So disrespectful. After being reprimanded that he must refer to SB by either her full name or Miss B they both should know better.
@@TanikaTwoCentsi think brian stated something in that direction, that alcohol and/or abuse have been part of the longstest part of her life. In his interview in the car.
I love Jorge and him family and kids, They miss him still so so much and I do to. The family and I want justice for Jorge. Sarah needs to go to prison for life/NP. Yes Sarah tried to look like the DET, and now she is tying to look like a lawyer. Jorge was everything to his family. Drunk and all. They loved him no matter what.
Or tested "the vodka" in the Dr Pepper can, for Dr Pepper! ... she is saying she was still drunk the next day at 1pm, after sharing 1 bottle of wine...even if they shared 2... that's a stretch.
She claims Brian kept calling SB about picking up her son because she was on job interviews when it’s really that she always neglected to pick him up after school.
I fully understand Sarah reason for setting the stage that Jorge’s family was going to kill her. Now that we know about the text messages of Sarah txting Jorge’s brother stating she was going get rid of Jorge for good. It makes sense she’s shifting blame on them rather than accepting any responsibility for what she meant by that statement should it come out. Sarah was trying to cover her butt on all angels it’s just too many to cover in a short period of time, while drunk out of her mind. Sharah did a lot by way of running her mouth with threats and bullying.
Did you hear what she said on the phone to 911? She said, that she put him in the suitcase!! So he didn’t get in the suitcases by himself. I believe she was really annoyed with him, I think Jorge passed out, that’s why he didn’t go and look for her. She was angry about that and she put him in the suitcase as her punishment. I will still keep an open mind but we will never get the truth out of Sarah because she lies about everything. Toodles👋🏼
Truth or Dare would make more sense… Sarah points out that they took artwork off the wall. Is that a cover story for a suitcase flopping down steps, hitting walls with a body in it? It’s sounds like the car questioning came before the phone was unlocked by Sarah, so it wasn’t the first thing she was asked…

@@TanikaTwoCents seems odd Owen’s brings it up as if it’s the detectives who said it at the apartment not his client
She must have really loved him . Her sobbing and saddest at the loss of her partner. It is very telling.

But in the world according to Sarah they're the ones who said all the B's she is now claiming...
@@tracimghernandez974 yep! Seems like she WANTED to stay on scene. Trying to figure out if it was because she was “scared” or she was being nosey.
Jorge brothers criminal actions have no bearing on Sarahs criminal actions.
Nope. Also, the brother committed that crime after Jorge was killed. An argument could be made that he did it from PTSD after what happened to Jorge. Also, Sarah's brother is a convicted pedo. Shall we drag everyone through the mud or focus on the facts? Owens is a hot mess.

'Just a bottle of wine ' (each, and they were double size)
I know! Plus the 1/2 magnum left over from the day before. 🤦🏾♀️

"It wasn't "IN-TEN-SHU-NAAL"!!"
That cheap wine will do you in...so many nitrates. Was there also vodka involved?

Is that the Jaws theme playing in the background during the 911 call?
And these were 1.5L bottles of Woodbridge (about the equivalent of 2 regular bottles), a detail that SB conveniently leaves out.
"They interview you sarah. And read you, your rights!" You are person of interest. Sarah!!!

Sarah learns words from the situation she is in. She assumes the language of whomever she wants to appear as their equal or superior. She did it in the suppression hearing by using the word scene to describe her home after Chelsey used it. She did it with protocol after the LEO used it on bodycam. It is how she positions herself.
