11:15 *MBT* stands for "Main Battle Tank" as opposed to the older, more specialized tanks from WW2 like "Light Tanks/LT", "Medium Tank/MT", and "Heavy Tank/HT", as well as some other which are still mostly a separate thing. MBT is meant to combine the better firepower of Medium and heavy tanks, the armor of heavy tanks, and the mobility of light tanks into one cheaper and easier-to-produce thing. Or something like that. Not 100% sure exactly what it combines, as they don't really have the heavy armor, nor the mobility of the specialized vehicles. They mostly look like Medium tanks that got some "proteins?" in the form of a newer model of armor that allows the weight to be lighter while not sacrificing defense.
its basically medium tanks with that can either go into less armor but more speed or more armor and less speed (heavy/light tanks dont exist anymore) they replaced light tanks with IFV/AFV's
actually, most MBTs do have the most armor in the world. Take for instance the Leopard 2A6 which has about 1200mm of armor on the turret against chemical effect rounds (HEAT, HE etc.). Keep in mind the source of this is War Thunder, which may not be accurate.
@@yayeetmeoffacliff4708 yeah their turrets are decently armored but also extremely angled which makes it so effective, hence why ALMOST every battle tank has the same kind of turret design, but most hulls of the tanks arent that well protected anymore, especially since alot of rounds nowadays can pen like 400-600 mms at insane velocity, almost every MBT nowadays is more fit to be a sniper thn an actual heavy tank, you dont really need breakthrough tanks anymore, the only one that kind of fits that role is the russian tanks because they just slapped a ton of ERA on it
I wonder if theres a way to make like a crazy fast single angled slash with a Lazer, like a ninja film with the delayed after effect of a cut after they put the blade away

In the latter case I was part of healing an adversarial relationship with other departments, like the database administrators, because I was very strict with my team that we would work cooperatively with them and if we sent an issue their way it was because we had done our homework. It's impressive what can be accomplished when there is mutual trust

You should make a Swiss Army tank where the turret has a different weapon or instrument of destruction on each side and you can rotate the turret to utilise the seperate weapons.

Theres a "Collision destruction Physics" mod in the workshop that lets blocks break upon collision, Maybe you guys and the gang can play destruction derby with this on MM?
feel like the devs should add some kind of building panel that you can freely adjust the height, width and its angle just like the one in Main Assembly that would be so epic to see what others come up with their creations.
