Mam great lecture. Got to learn a lot. I have a doubt regarding oro antral fistula. During splint construction how will we take impression of the patient's mouth?? Will impression material go in to the sinus while taking the impression??

any surgery in hyperthyroidism patient is a risk due to risk of thyroid storm. In case of emergency in such a patient, try and attain a euthyroid status and use LA without adrenaline, as these patients are extremely sensitive to adrenaline
Ma'am if question comes as how much percent of lignocaine is given in hyperthyroidism patient then the answer will be?
