Kunduru Alu Bhaja Recipe ( Odia ) | Ivy Gourd Recipe : Kundru / Kunduru is also known as Scarlet Gourd or Ivy Gourd . Which are used as Vegetable in India . Using this we will prepare today a very delicious and healthy Odia dish called " Kunduru Alu bhaja ( Ivy gourd stir fry )" . A very simple , easy but super delicious to have with Roti, Paratha, Plain Rice or with Water Rice ( Pakhala ) . So, learn how to make this Ivy gourd stir fry at home made by Mrunalinee. Enjoy it immediately after taking out from gas stove.
Ingredients : ( Servings - 3 Persons )
1. Ivy Gourd ( Kundru / Kunduru ) - 200gm
2. Potato ( Alu ) - 1 ( medium )
3. Onion ( Piaja ) - 1 ( big )
4. Mustard seeds ( Sorisa ) - 1/2 tbsp
5. Dry Red Chilli ( Sukha Lanka ) - 2 pcs
6. Turmeric powder ( Haladi gunda ) - 1/2 tbsp
7. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder ( lanka gunda ) - 1/2 tbsp
8. Salt to taste ( luna )
9. Mustard Oil ( Sorisa Tela ) , must add in it
