Excellent Duncan! It will be worth the try my brother I noticed that whichever exercises you put at both ends of the middle run: you get a great session in But I guess the burpees add this extra cardio layer on top which makes the combination with burpees extra interesting
The kind of running i can get behind! Another idea might be run one way, bear crawl the second way, jump the next, lateral running the next, that kind of thing. Having said that, i like this one and might try it as it is👍
I do this for breakfast lunch and dinner. Try out this. 5 sets of 8pump bp =1 do this 22 times +1 single 8. Then you have 888 push ups. While doing a 10km run. 👌💪👊🔥💯👍

Until you reach 22 sets wich is 880. Then you do one solo. 8 pump. To make 888 💪👊💥. Then finish the run. And enjoy your work vacation 😂 👌👊💥💯👍
@@SimonTrageserjust take a trail in your neighborhood wich you always do around the 10km. If you do this workout fast you will at least do this on the Outward journey. and return journey you have a relax run back. You will find your pace as you go. 👌👊💥 Succes brother.
This is honestly very deceptive when you think its easy to do, but even just a few sets into the session it can really get tough. Especially where you don't have any breaks between the sets.
That is the main aspect to it, you should continue moving and not take a rest in between, 100% brother Like this you work your stamina in the most efficient way

Je sais pas toi , faire du sport est une passion dans ma vie mais j en regarde très peu , j ai du mal à croire encore a un sport " propre " sans dopage et les valeurs que j aime dans le sport je les retrouve plus ou peu

J’adore de jouer ce sport Et je suis pareil comme toi: je regarde rarement le foot à la télé, pourtant j’adore les tactiques et tout autour le jeu. Par contre il y’a certaines choses, comme tu dis, qui sont pénibles dans ce sport. La mentalité de certains jouers sur le terrain etc.

I think this works out as around 100x 14 rounds I believe which is what I did
I did 20 rounds instead as a finisher. Nice little burner to finish off
I love these combinations it's just that I should do it more often. This and jump rope would be a killer combo for sure
