It’s sounds so weird hearing the songs in a choral arrangement with all parts covered lmao like usually it’s just tenors with a little baritone in some parts
I’m very confused on what version of newsies this is. This seemed like the Broadway version until seize the day. I don’t completely know the movie, i’m just wondering if this is the movie or Broadway.
Hi Avery- this is a choral arrangement of the music from the Broadway show. When arranging a medley, especially for a choir, things aren’t always going to be exactly the same as what you know from the show. In a Medley only parts of the songs are sung and then they need to flow into one another as seamlessly as possible. Sometimes in order to do that the arranger of the medley will have to make a change here and there to make it all work. In this case the arranger is Roger Emerson, who does lots and lots of arrangements from Broadway shows. 😊
Wow. I feel like through me, a challenge has been issued to my class! :3 fantastic performance!
I'm a little confused on why there is slow dancing to Santa Fe because it's not a romantic kind of song but it still came out nuce
Nice*
I love newsies and this is awesome!!! You guys sound just like the cast recording !
