Boring and expensive. I remember in 1999 when I started my land purchase here in southern Va. same thing. Every time I turned around there was another “county” requirement. I almost walked away from it all. I was broke and poor with limited income, like you. I hung in and finally got to move into my double wide. County rules are very expensive. They Nicole dime ya till you go broke.
