Mate, if you haven’t got an air-fryer you need one. It’ll change your life when it comes to warming up pastries. 5-10 minutes and they are crispy and like freshly baked.

Interesting that you finally picked up a pair of the Mary Jane’s. I know Deon has had his pair for quite a while now and I really like the brown colour with the contrasting straps. I love the ‘71 varsity sweaters!! I totally think you should do other color ways like a racing green or forest green with white or cream lettering and even a deep fall burgundy red color with white or an off white lettering (maybe even a dark sunflower yellow color lettering). Are they cotton or a wool blend?

Yes to this comment 100%! I like the navy and orange of the sweater and the white and black color way too, but I’d love to see a cream white with forest green lettering, forest green with cream lettering, and then a burgundy red with navy or white lettering.

i recommend keep chest to 2-3 exercises with rest times over 1 minute. that should push your prog. overload to the max. looking good though
I used to do that when I followed a PPL split but recently I’ve been enjoying just focusing on one muscle and doing more exercises - however the volume is still the same as doing 3 exercises of 3 sets. My rest times are around 2min currently.
@@imdanielsimmons Good morning 😃 Essentially you're consolidating the chest movements from ~2 days a week to ~1 day a week, so props for having the energy to do that. Personally I swapped to PPL recently because of the energy demands from my workouts recently.
