Done several units over the years, never once had to transfer a screen. All the ones we have done have been fully assembled. But we get remans from Honda.

Weird here the screen and the audio comes separate and comes in their own box. We usually order both.

I mean, it is 8 years old. That ain't new by any stretch. But it shouldn't be failing, but thankfully this is a very rare problem.
