I have bought property of one kind or another for over 50 years, & the FIRST thing I as myself is what is the asking price, because this immediately tells me everything that I need to know. & enables me to compare similar priced properties for sale in the area. I do wish that EVERY estate agent would give a guide price & NOT say P.O.A!!
