These are very realistic, but I really like the Miniverse cute aesthetic. That smiling sun is adorable, and I think life is serious enough as is, I want my crafts to be filled with joy.
I think this is geared to adults who are trying to create their own mini kitchen focusing on the end result.The other is geared to little ones/adults that are in it for the actual process. That’s the vibe I got.

The cardboard with the chef hat cut out is so you can balance the uv chef hat light inside and stand it over the project, it means you don't just have to sit there holding the light for 10 solid minutes

How would that work. The cardboard only has two sides. You’d need it to be three sided.. unless I’m missing something?
@@ariannasearway stand it like a triangle (imagine you're making a house of cards, that kind of triangle), the base of the hat is wider in circumference than that of the base cut out shape, so it acts like a stand beneath which you place the crafted food item to cure the resin.

I’ve only seen a couple ads/product recs for these, but have been hoping that you’d be able to get your hands on these!! I really hope that the MasterChef collab takes it to the next level. Praying to the Mini Brand Gods of Evermore that you get the super intricate ones that allow you creative freedom, and *no doubles*!!!

I love to see an alternate take, but it makes me sad that it seems like they only give you just enough for the project as it’s shown. I love Make it Mini for the fact that they often give you a few extras, probably accounting for the possibility of dropping or losing one, but it feels like there’s more room to decorate as you want to and that the pamphlet is more of a suggestion.
Jackie! You should try and combine the mini verse and the mini brands to make something unique!!

I didn't know that the mini brand create weren't actually in stores yet, I waisted so much time looking for them! I think the first creator I watched didn't even mention where they got the items.

YES!!!! I was at work when I got the notification for this. I had to keep from screaming. I have been waiting forever for you to get these!
The one thing that always bugs me with these is the insane amount of plastic packaging. You have the plastic ball, wrapped in TWO layers of plastic, and then FOUR plastic bags on the inside - when one little cardboard box would have done the trick. The crafts are super cute tho!
Right, but the bags inside seem to be paper.
And now there’s a disposable Uv light too 🤷♀️
I really wanted the savory options but got all desserts for mother's day. No complaints though. I'm happy with the quality!
Update. I did the rest of the projects I was gifted and have concerns. My cheaux pastry came with ramen directions. They also give you JUST ENOUGH supplies. No extra lol they were slightly disappointing but they look great.
I love the little outtakes!! 😂 For eating, I'd want the apricot cheesecake!! 🍑😋 For making, I'd want the strawberry shortcake! 🍓 I've never worked with the decoden type cream before!! 😍 Honestly, they all look very hard on the hands. Squeezing and difficulty with opening sounds painful to my hands... But they all look so cute! 🥰

I really like this series. Miniverse you should take note, you can create user friendly bottles to make adding resin friendly and they have nozzles. Jackie, I am loving these, can you do a frozen moment?
Yes Jackie you would be right it is there just to try and make sure that the mini mat does not get bent, Also I am thinking that i am liking the display for this one better then the mini verse and the fact that they give you a light is awesome as well since not everyone can use the sun let alone wait for the sun to cure the resin, so far i am liking this one better and hope that they come out with more.

Did you check to see if the light fits in the cutout? Maybe that cardboard piece is meant to hold the light for you while the piece cures.

Another craft kit idea: something in between this bear one and your previous one with a character figurine. You could provide a few keychain figurines to customise that are not bears but are more basic (or perhaps a tiny mould?), clay so they could be turned into anything (bears, humans, different kinds of characters etc) and painting materials to decorate them. I'd really love that!

The card board is to hold the light over the project it stands like a teepee with the hat in the cut out in the middle lol. The orange mat is to build on it so it doesn't damage your table. These projects are cute

I don't know if anyone has had this idea yet. But you should save the shell/ball part for two things. A diorama casing. But even better for Christmas ornaments. Like you could paint them and add fun stuff like foam elf ears or whatever. Just a thought. Love u boo😊

The hat shaped cardboard Jackie...stand it up like an upside down V (tent) and have the poofed out parts of the hat balance on the cardboard, sitting each side of the hat on the inside of the V cutout. I love how the last project is so similar to a decoden style of material. It's like they've taken that principle and mini-sized it, which is awesome. I think my favorite, though, has to be the cheesecake. It looks so much like the Superstore yuzu Japanese cheesecake when you take it out of the box, and the finished project looks so lifelike ^_^
Also, for the 'pie thing', my mum always called it a cake slice, pie server, or cake server, if that helps :)
Hi Jackie from another Jacci, the "cake cutting thingy" is a cake lifter that you don't generally cut with or spread resin with. (But useful anyway)You are supposed to lift a cut piece out with it.I think it's for show maybe. Love watching you from South Africa.

To me, it's definitely worth it. It was fun to do them. I've done the apple pie(didn't have the right sauce, it was supposed to be caramel, mine was regular cream), the ramen, and i think the pork chops with roasted potatoes. All were fun. Honestly I rather do the master chef ones.

You did sooooo much better than my first one which was a strawberry chocolate cake. My nozzle came off while trying to use it and the whipped topping nozzle didn't want to work for me, but that could've been operator error. I have a few more to try. I'm taking tips from you.
