Instead of a TVS diode, why not have a reverse polarity diode to battery positive so you're not wasting that energy? Also, if it's a full bridge driver with mosfets, those may be included in the MOSFETs themselves by the fact that they're MOSFETs, from source to drain. Did you check it with an oscilloscope?
Endlich mal ein Thema was mit zu mein Hobbys Gehört, ich würde an deiner stelle deine Drohne zu ein 6s System Upgraden (mehr Power, mehr speed), Die Kamera ist Geschmack Sache, ich bin immer noch Happy mit meiner RunCam eagle pro 2, Gute Nachtsicht, Gute Bild Qualität + OSD. In meiner Drohne hab ich ein GPS-Modul eingebaut (Was mir schon manchmal den Arsch gerettet hat, bei Verbindungsabbruch fliegt sie zum letzten punkt wo sie Signal hatte) Ich hoffe ich konnte ein paar Neue Informationen Geben, Ps. Du hast den Video-Transmitter vergessen in der Beschreibung :D

Die motoren halten das ja locker aus die drehen halt nur schneller oben raus, hast mehr thrust und top speed. Du gibst ja nicht sonderlich mehr phasen-ampere und daher auch nicht mehr wärme dem motor
13S is impossible you will instantly destroy it. 12S is already critical for 13S you wont even find a tvs diode since your battery voltage is 54,6 an no tvs diode will have a breakthrough between 54,6 and the 60V the components are rated for. 13S is guaranteed to destroy your vesc
@@Pryside I agree that running it on 54,6V is very critical because the drv8302 can only handle 60V. I did already run my setup on 13S without regenerative braking for more than 5 weeks with no problems at all. I calculated my negative voltage sag when using 15A reg. braking to be at a maximum of 1,8V which would still be 3,6V below max. voltage. I wonder if the voltage spikes can reach 60V easily? And if they do is it enough to protect my VESC from those by setting its maximum input voltage to f.e. 57V? I also have a BMS which should cut off power at around 57V, does that help protecting it? Thanks for your help!
The max lifting capacity is never even close to what it is on paper. A 5 inch drone probably wont even lift 5kg let alone 10kg. 2kg is the maximum i ever managed that was still somewhat controllable.
Hm, I dont know. Never measured it, just took a calculator for my quad and something around 3Kg per motor came as a result so I took these numbers and ran with it.
It has to do with a lot of different factors. Often props do better in forward flight instead of a hover. But you need it to work in a hover to even take off. If you say the max acceleration is 10G and weights 0,5 kg the max thrust while in motion is probably only a little bit over 5kg. It’s interesting to mess around with. Maybe you could even make a video about it🤷🏻♂️
Hey are you sure you're flying those tmotor f60 pro III on 6s cause they aren't rated for 6s and to be honest 6s on 2500kv isn't healthy for any of your components. I would strongly recomment switching to 4s Batteries. Even those HQ V1s 5x4.3x3 you are most likely rocking will burn out your motors
Thats not how bldc motors work. They dont care if you put higher voltage into them, what creates heat is the amount of phase amps and since they are not higher then on 4S I can simply create the same amount of current but over a higher range of rpms. Creating the same amout of torque no matter how many S you have always creates the same heat. On top of that in 99% of the cases people burn their motors is because of voltage spikes and the motor controllers beeing damaged. Some people in the fpv community have no idea about the engineering side and noone uses a tvs, sometimes not even a big cap, and then they say stuff like "i never buy expensive escs because they always die anyway". That cant really happen on my setup, I sometimes fly with a ton of throttle and no component of my quad gets hot except the battery. I will give you a update if ever something breakes but so far ~200 packs flown and no issues whatsoever

I know that its probably not the electrical engineering side of Things which i have to admit isnt my strongsuite but since i actually am a mechanical engineer i quickly researched that Motor in particular and the bearing isnt rated for those high rpms.
I'm not offended, just wanted to clairfy :) That actually might be right, but I dont know if only 50% higher rpm are that big of an issue. Since the load on these bearings is pracically nothing.

Weil ich mit den Videos ja nicht nur deutsche ansprechen will. In Deutschland gibts seit jahren keine innovativen und interessante entwicklung im bereich eMobility. Weils gesetztlich hier auch nicht legal ist prototypen zu entwickeln. Daher macht es wenig sinn mich auf die 5 Bastler in deutschland einzuschränken wenn 99% des marktes aus Niederländern, Amerikanern usw besteht. Weder für firmen-kooperationen noch für connections noch für meine eigene weiterbildung ist es sonderlich hilftreich wenn ich mich da nur auf den toten markt deutschland beschränke wo alle Fahrzeuge die nach 1995 erfunden worden sind illegal sind. Ich hab mit meinem einen engl. esk8 video 5 eBoard firmen für ne zusammenarbeit auf mich aufmerksam gemacht. Rate mal wie viele deutsche firmen sich bei mir bei 10 deutschen videos und 2mio views gemeldet haben. 0
Nein, das erklär ich ja in dem video. Du fällst aus dem himmel wenn du nicht konstant kontrollierst. Es ist 1:1 wie in echt Helikopter fliegen. Arma und BF haben sehr ähnliche heli mechaniken Lad dir vllt mal DCL auf steam und spiel das mal mit nem controller dann bekommst n gefühl dafür.
@@Pryside hab mir Überlegt das ganze so zu gestalten das ich das über nem Laptop mit Maus steuern kann. Der Grund dafür ist das ne Maus viel prezizer ist als ein Kontroller. Ich versteh schon das die Dinger halt auf Grund der bausweise immer mit steigender Geschwindigkeit in die richtung fliegen in die die Rotoren zeigen es ist dann wie eine klassische spectator Steuerung aus vielen Videospielen nur mit dem zusatz das man immer in die richtung in die die Rotoren zeigen gezogen wird. Aber das scheint echt ein extrem geiles Hobby zu sein. Weiter so ich feier jedes deiner Video ich finde es unglaublich das du die Motivation so viel Zeit und Mühe hast um die in deine Hobbys zu stecken da bin ich echt neidisch. Weiter so.
Ach ja mir ist ne super alternative zu nem Mikrowellen transformer eingefallen für einen battery Spot welder deine Schaltung von der ich übrigens keine ahnung hab weil ich ein brutaler noob bin allerdings so ein ganz bisschen weiss und ich dachte ne Autobatterie starterpack die haben 12volt und ne peak power von 1000a ich bin darauf gekommen als ich mir nen Schaltnetzteil aus nem servernetzteil gebaut habe um meinen subwoofer zu betreiben hätte bestimmt drauf gehen können hat mich aber nicht gejuckt.das Netzteil hat 1000watt Leistung 12v 85a ich denke das reicht um mich zumindestens sehr zu schocken bzw. Ernste Verbrennungen da auszulösen wo der Strom durch meinen Körper fließt naja ich lebe noch das ding hat ja für so nen scheiss ne schutzschaltung jedenfals sind mir plus uns minus Kabel mal zusammen gefallen und zack waren die nur noch schwer auseinander zu kriegen. Glaubst du das ist sicherer als nen Mikrowellen transformer da man ja nicht mit Netzspannung spielt und der Wiederstand In der haut den Strom am fließen hindert zu mindestens auf trockener Haut?
Dont think my Drone is slow at all, max speed is around 150kmh thats on the very high end, but I'm not a good and experienced pilot yet and have a low camera angle that makes it easyer to fly slow. On top of that making these slow shots looks better I think. In the first Drone scene you can see me give full throttle for a half second and the drone shooting up like 50meters. I just dont think that gives me better shots yet...

hab mal DCL benutzt am anfang aber in echt fliegen macht halt direkt mal 1000x mehr fun und sorgt für deutlich mehr adrenalin :D
