I'vewatched chiropractic content for around 15 years. I hate the new trend of scantily clad models getting adjustments. It's such a cheap ploy. Thanks for putting out good content, Dr. Russ.
I enjoy your videos specifically because they are realistic and not the standard click-bait chiro videos. It also is a relief you put your clients first, and do not subject them to crazy pops just to get views. That perspective shows you care about your clients well being and the profession ❤
All of the things that you highlighted that you aren’t going to do in your videos are the reason why I look forward to your videos! It’s refreshing to see the level of care and attentiveness you give each patient, instead of seeing how little clothing they can wear whilst attempting to “Y strap” their head to oblivion!! Keep up the fantastic work doc!! 💪🏻
It's great to know what standard you'll stick to with these videos, chiropractic is interesting enough without needing to resort to clickbait. I would love to see some sort of collaboration, maybe just a conversation, between you and Dr Rahim - the two of you seem to have different approaches to chiropractic, but in every video either of you do it's very clear that you're 100% focussed on what the patient needs and figuring out how to help them rather than just cracking absolutely everything. I think it'd be interesting to hear you two discuss your different approaches.
I like your channel because it seems much more down to Earth and realistic than those other channels. No loud crunches or pops from jarring and intense adjustments. Much more gentle, soothing, and nurturing.
I think it was me that made the plantar fasciitis comment!!! I’m so honored that you remembered and decided to do this series. I didn’t mind the wait ☺️ I’m still dealing with this pain so I’m incredibly grateful for your perspective. Thank you for all of your excellent work!
A full body trigger point work would be awesome. But really, anything that involves you making a person feel better by addressing the actual issue like you do is enough for me! I wish you were in Boston.
I'm sooo glad i found your channel! I used to watch other chiropractors but I can't stand them anymore. Got tired of the click bait and the wanna be models. Agree, they are very unprofessional! Wishing you and your team lots of genuine growth.
What brought me to my first Chiro more than 20 years ago was a displaced rib and unfortunately it plagues me from time to time (usually as a result of my own doing), so if you think a YT short or a video can be made about that particular issue, I'm here for it.
I hope I get the chance to have a session sometime. Its got to be great to have a career where you get to help people every day. Keep up the great work
Dr. Russ, thank you for making and sharing these video’s, and thank you for not doing the whole 25yr old female barely wearing any cloths, it really does get annoying see’ing that all the time.
Thanks for a relaxing and educational video as always. I love getting to learn about the body while I’m winding down. I would love to see tendonitis content or hypoermobile content and what that kind of work looks like. Thanks again!
I also love these videos. I watch them as soon as I see that they're posted and I appreciate you not using scantily clad models and the aggressive cracking. The y-strap that everyone uses looks deadly to me. Can an insole be used to reverse an issue in a foot?
Never really comment on these kind of things, however, I was plagued with PF for about 6 months. Tried everything to no avail. I kept shifting up the kinetic chain and finally found the fix from my lower back. Worked on that for literally a week and the pain had vanished. It’s as if it had pulled everything into place and took the pressure off the foot.
In fact, I do. Here's one where I talk about craniosacral work with some video demonstration ruclips.net/video/XOA4IjYxyP8/видео.htmlsi=B_YO_U7l7gvbqpmY and here's one of me doing cranial and TMJ work. From this year. Thanks so much, and I'm so glad my content helps you in your work! ruclips.net/video/cGCid6zLm4U/видео.htmlsi=DU5PxXiPiHUJzGeX
Yes, my friend! I've been working hard with patients and some positive practice transitions and getting back to video content is tops on my list Thank you so much!
I'd love you to examine my feet But I'm in Australia 🇦🇺 I have some very strange things going on with my feet and toes - but I would trust you Dr Russ to give me the best advice 🩷💜
The appeal of your videos lies in their adherence to realism, a departure from the commonplace click-bait characteristic of many ASMR videos are. Furthermore, the presence of authentic, utilitarian feet-devoid of the unrealistic glamour often associated with foot modeling-further reinforces the authenticity and practicality of your practice, resonating with individuals whose feet endure substantial walking demands.

Some 'chiropractors' are using hammers to adjust people. It's more entertainment than healing work.
It's horrifying
*cough* psychetruth *cough*
Dr. Russ is an OG chiro from 15 years ago before the asmr craze on youtube. He helped pave the way for these copycats.
@@mindyourbeezness Never have I been referred to as an OG anything so thanks! I am so glad you like what we're doing.

I appreciate that!

i'm so glad that the video found you, and that you found value in the information. Thank you!
I love your approach, it's not done for showmanship and your explanation of everything you do is appreciated!

More plantar fasciitis videos please! They are so relaxing

Absolutely! I'll put it on the list! Thanks!
Same for shin splints
You are so amazing, doctor russ, you help me so much as a massage therapist.
I hope I get the chance to have a session sometime.
Its got to be great to have a career where you get to help people every day.
Keep up the great work
You are really great Thank you Dr Russ ~ your integrity to your work always shines through ✨️

Excellent video as usual!

Great suggestion!
Glad to hear you mentioned the other channels that just are there for likes and click bait promoting shady chiropractic medicine
Absolutely another amazing video doc❤

Thank you for the kind feedback! A good, well-made and well-fit insole can compensate for quite a few different issues in the foot.

Great story! As bodyworkers, we see and hear about these kinds of connections and it's always wonderful. Thank you!
Not Dr. Russ coming for the ringdinger! 🔥💯
Do you offer cranial sacral? I would love to see a video. Are you releasing the neck, head, & occipital.
In fact, I do. Here's one where I talk about craniosacral work with some video demonstration

Is it at all possible that you can have plantar fasciitis and not have pain in the heel, only the arch? Or is that just fallen arches/flat feet?
Pain anywhere in the sole of the foot can be from plantar fasciitis.
Where do you get your shirts? Love your style
LOL wow! Thanks! This shirt is made by unTuckit (unpaid promo for my shirt people!)
Spinal curve videos and lower back lumbar work
Been dealing with really tight calves
I would love to see any kind of self work! Stretching, massage, adjustment, whatever
Coming soon!
Do you ever recommend weight loss so she could take some pressure off the foot?
Yes. She is working on it!
We must be due a new patient video soon Dr Russ 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😉??
Feels like im doing cold turkey 🥶🦃 here lol 😂
Yes, my friend! I've been working hard with patients and some positive practice transitions and getting back to video content is tops on my list
Thank you so much!
Excellent news David 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Every time I open my RUclips app the 1 notification I always hope to see most is a DrDavidRuss video 👍🏻

Daaang, shade thrown
I can't help it!
I had that for 4 years it was agony. It went away when I wasn't working in 2020.
its very lazy of all these online dr's to just immediately blame tight calves in regards to PF
