I've watched alot of pc builds and not often do they show intake/exhaust flow in a animation like this very much loved it!

No need with the 7800x3d. That thing works fine even with a mid range air cooler! Honestly best CPU I've EVER run.
I love that everything we learned about cooling the NR200 can be applied to the CH160 lol
What would be everything we learned about the NR200? I'm new to SFF computers
@@MitchellTheMitch mainly the back to front positive pressure airflow path I'd assume.
@@yanni-duff NR200 does not exhaust air at the front though.
@@trento7183 as with nearly any pc case, airflow is dictated by the user. It all depends on how you position the fans. Ideally you'd want an AIO radiator's fans or the fans directly pushing air into a tower coolers fin stack to intake so fresh air passes through compared to hot air circulating inside the case (most of the time because of the gpu exhaust).
@@yanni-duff That basically to maximize it's lack of front intake. This case literally has an all mesh front, with an additional fan slot for intake. Which is the traditional way of doing it. The rear isn't filtered, which even though it's an easy fix, out of the box this will be a more dusty setup than going with intake at the front and exhaust at the rear, due to the front being filtered.
dude your builds are so fucking good and your video is amazing, no music, no nothing, just build. thank you for making this video. I would still put the exhaust towards the back though because i don't want hot air to be pushed towards me.
Build with this case - Ryzen 5 3600 with RTX 3060 TI with Asrock B550 ITX/AC motherboard. Temps with this cooler between 60-70 under load. Love this case.
Budget Itx board needed
There are budget mini-itx mobo's available, gigabyte makes some.
Asrock A620i and 7800X3D is working wonderfully for me
After learning that nr200 will fit some matx MB's, i don't really think itx has a point in this pc layout anymore. If the GPU sits in the spot like in this case and nr200, the extra length of matx is almost irrelevant and will lower the price.

3:08 this is interesting. The cable provided when I bought mine was in opposite direction. This meant I had to keep the PSU fan inwards. It led to taking in warm air from the GPU.
This has to be a custom cable. You're right. The stock cable is angled the "wrong way for this PSU orientation.
What cable is recommended because I have the same issue! Thanks for any links you can provide
You really shouldve mentioned you had to get an adapter for the psu, really misleading, myself and others got this same setup and couldn't plug it in the same.

front and top as exhaust, winter case, put it under desk to warm feet and legs, but in summer,,,,,,,

I have a meshlicious with 13900k and 4090 FE, the AC is louder than it, can barely hear it

Я уверен, что можно сделать очень компактный и мощный компьютер. Даже внутри этого компьютера много пустующего места, а ведь если все хорошо обдумать и создать материнскую плату и видеокарту особенного форм-фактора, что можно сильно снизить габариты этих деталей. Самое сложное в таком компьютере это система охлаждения, нужно что-то, что смотреть отводить тепло от двух горячих парней.
Cool build. I`d probaly add an intake fan and a dust filter behind the CPU-cooler tho.

I’m getting the same motherboard and I have the assassin iv, I saw a build on PCPP and the assassin with the extra back fan fits,
Assassin 4 (not 4s) would’ve worked better as it sits against the rear panel

Isn't it going to be hot air blowing towards you with that setup with the cpu either on the left or right side of the monitor. Unless the front side facing the right side while the tempered glass side is directly facing the user. Nice build wanted to build an pc for me :D

Yeah you'll be fine. even with a little air cooler a 7900 doesn't use much power
7900 has a lower tdp than 7800X3D so it should be fine.
cool case but i needs vented side panel not tg. i rather get airflow then looking at it.

I have an NR200P similar to this case, and my recommendation is don't use the glass panel, use the solid side panel with the fan mounts. Reason is, that inlet in the back is not good enough to supply a positive pressure of air, it is too small and weak. I also recommend using an AIO for this type of case because it brings more empty room for air to circulate in the case.

Small case will make RTX 4090 suffer from heat. U need to do a stress CPU n get the temp measured.
Size ist irrelevant when it comes to the 4090 temps. There are big cases with horrible airflow and no mesh etc. The CH160 is basicly mesh everywhere aside from the glass panel.

I think you installed the fans on the wrong orientation. Front fan should be the intake; pulling the fresh air, while the rear fan as the exhaust; pushing the hot air. Either way, great choice of components
No.. if he do that, it only gonna blows the gpu heat excess towards the cpu cooler directly even more so with founder card.

Is there any point to using a contact frame on AM5? The contact frame made for LGA 1700 was made because of an issue with the bend in the Intel CPU, and for that problem alone. The AM5 platform never had this problem, so it feels like a bit of a scam product to me, unless I'm missing something
It prevents the thermal paste to leak outside the IHS down to the CPU in case you put too much

you have the air flow backwards. the from two should be intake and you should had a third on the back as exhaust. this would create a positive air pressure reducing the amount of dust build up and improving air flow and cooling. the way you have it set up now is creating negative air pressure which means its gonna try and pull air in from any crack or hole. thus more dust. decreased air flow and have reduced cooling.

В таком конфиге не сгорит. Только вертушку на вдув нужно добавить сзади. Много тепла от 4090. Андервольтить пришлось бы всё равно и гпу и цпу.

Bro you are onto nothing😂.7800x3d is the fastest gaming cpu on the market rn. Most games utilize max 8 cores. Also put a fuckin 14900 in Mini itx and you have temps +100.
Small pc cases are NOT capable to sustain cooling for those high end cards. They may look nice but those cards depend heavily for cooling from pc case and they require a lot of fans, that's something that all those small pc cases can't provide. I learned this the hard way don't believe what you see on utube.

I absolutely love this case, but my god the idea of just have the power cable hang out the back just kills the whole case for me and makes it so I can't purchase it. Who the hell thought that was a good idea.
is that not an extension? im pretty sure it routes to the back where you would plug in a cable like you would any other pc case

I wanted to have my CPU fan point the other way too but there are 3 problems for me when doing this.
1 - My CPU cooler will not allow me to do so.
2 - My PC case has dust filters at the front and is designed to be one direction only.
3 - The 4090 FE has a blower fan also which will still blow lots of hot air out the back of the PC and back into the CPU cooler regardless.
This is such a nice build; I love it.
