The new guy is Andrew Wells, he's been the touring guitarist for a few years and they made him an official member. He's an excellent singer, but I don't see him doing more than a couple songs on the new record. If you want to check out Andrew's band Eidola I recommend Mutual Fear ft Jon Mess (harsh vocalist for DGD)
Andrew covered for both Tillian and John at shows earlier this year when they were sick. He also was opening act with Eidola. Very talented and meshs well with the group.
So yes, Rob the feature is the rat king - The vocals in the beginning are still John, harsh vocalist, the new member is Andrew Wells, the absolute ripped dude behind the bar playing guitar with Will. He was the singer of Eidola, the song that came out not too long ago called Mutual Fear was theirs featuring John Mess. If you haven't heard that one, to familiarize yourself with Andrew, check that out and Nothing Shameful which features him as a singer from DGD's Afterburner album. Also if any of this is unintentionally incorrect I'm warning you know I may be incorrect, to save face lmAo
The unclean vocalist you heard here is the same one you’ve heard in other songs, he just changed his style a bit. The new member is Andrew Wells, the ripped dude playing guitar. He was a touring guitarist/vocalist with DGD for a few years and this past year he became a permanent member. He’s also the lead singer of Eidola you should totally check them out!
I haven't watched yet but I'm so excited for your reaction. Man of the year was my favorite song from DGD for a long time and your reaction was awesome lol
You should check Mutal Fear feat John Mess(DGD harsh) by Eidola. If you get the chance look up the Swan Core genre. It's named after DGD lead guitarist Will Swan. There's a couple of handfuls of bands that have a similar sound, that, use alot the same members from DGD and former members as well.
they have music videos that tell a story, you should watch them all in one go and react to that! i'd recommend in release order and put the story together by yourself. Death of the Robot with Human Hair Stroke God, Millionaire Young Robot Son of Robot Inspire the Liars also shows a tiny bit of it
Would be fun to see you check out that featured vocalist's band (Rob Damiani). They're called Don Broco. Gumshield would be a good choice of song to check out. They're pretty interesting.
RIP Tim 🤍 If you're going to do a full album, it's gotta be Mothership...but definitely check out their older stuff too and see how they started. DGD Recs: The Robot With the Human Hair Part 4, Carve, Eagle vs Crow, Stroke God Millionaire
Dude! Eidola's album The Architect was my album of the year 2021, you gotta check it out. Do a review of every song, I will watch, like, comment, share, love and recommend
@@UnfilteredReactions Hard to choose, but Mutual Fear for sure, then Caustic Prayer, Conterfeit Shrines and Empty Gardens. Those 4 are god tier, but the rest of the album is soo good as well =)
The new guy is the Andrew Wells the lead singer of eidola he was playing the guitar in the gas station, he was their touring guitarist for a while. dgd have the same unclean vocalist as the other songs you heard💀 you were just hallucinating dude, well to be fair he did do a little new things but for the most part you were just hearing things lol. drink more water you're funny.

As mentioned, the album is July 29. Same day I'll be seeing them with Coheed and Cambria! Excellence happens sometimes.
A great example of all Tilian and Andrew singing together is For the Jeers

Jon sounds a bit different on each album. Now that the album is out, For the Jeers is a good one with the third vocalist (Andrew Wells of Eidola)
Album is coming out July 29th
RIP Tim feerick he was a legendary bassist 😭💔
they have music videos that tell a story, you should watch them all in one go and react to that!
i'd recommend in release order and put the story together by yourself.

🤔 definitely need to check out atleast a song. What’s the main song from the album that must be heard?
@@UnfilteredReactions Absolutely Mutual Fear, the song kicks ass dude. Same sort of bonkers levels of Man of the Year, not the same height but still
@@UnfilteredReactions Hard to choose, but Mutual Fear for sure, then Caustic Prayer, Conterfeit Shrines and Empty Gardens. Those 4 are god tier, but the rest of the album is soo good as well =)
Please react to their new songs
