Bruno came from Italy broke and worked his way up washing dishes. He never forgot his humble roots. He is the American Dream!
So glad to hear he rebuilt and reopened. His meal may very well be the only one some of these kids get in a day. Such important work, and he does it quietly and humbly. Bless him!

This last week we've been "treated" to Trump's rantings and ravings about certain members of congress that he says (incorrectly, I might add) were not born here and should go back to their own countries. What Trump fails to recognize is that many immigrants are like this man: they are so grateful to be here that they want to give back to their adopted country--the country they chose to come to and the country that accepted them. I know plenty of people, especially people of means (and yes, that includes our current President), who were born here and haven't done one-tenth of what this man has done.
