Planta App Review and How to Use!

- Planta is a great plant care app that tells you when to water your plants. Planta considers the species of your plant, light conditions, and the type of pot the plant is in when considering how often to water. Planta is available on iOS only, but an alternative for Android is called Vera.
It works for indoor plant care, outdoor plant care or a combination of indoor and outdoor plants!

This planta app does not work it has killed My elephant plant and for corn plants and the fifth one is coming and it’s dying too so it doesn’t work
Does anyone know how to update the app to show that a plant has been repotted? One of my plants roots strated to show under the pot, so I repotted it but I can't figure out how to update it on the app.
What if you bought a lawn sprinkler controller from Home Depot, set up 6 valves plumbed to 1/4" plastic irrig tubing & routed tubing to all your plants?
You could go away on vaca & the machine would tend your plants.

Thanks for the video! Question: I impulse-purchased the subscription thinking I could communicate with other plant owners in a forum or someone who could help me rejuvenate my dying plant. I can’t find help in the app though-is this a feature that exists and I’m just missing it, or is there a better app that can help me troubleshoot why my plant is dying?

Came here to see if you addressed how to change the name of a room or how to add a room name in Planta. We have a greenhouse room. It’s similar to a greenhouse but it’s a room we built off the kitchen so it’s part of our home that houses many plants. The plants in the greenhouse room is currently labeled as office (for lack of other name to give it) but I would like to change that since I do have plants in an office location that has different lighting from the greenhouse room and well, I’d just like to be able to add that name. Any suggestions for changing the room name or adding a room are appreciated. Great video on your part explaining the basics of this app!

Concord! The moonshine has done really well- its grown three children and I’ve repotted it twice 🙌🏻
How do you record rain 🌧 for your outdoor plants?
When you said Mahoney’s I freaked out a bit 😅 I can spend hours there especially when I bring my dog along
