I use a sigma 16mm on Sony system, but I also have a ttartisan 17mm 1.4 manual lens (3x cheaper than sigma), and for many it would be a good budget solution because manual focus is mostly used on BMPCC 4k (I assume you also used manual focus on sigma too).

Shoot pal for europe and ntsc for usa. Shutter angle 180. Get rid of flicker

nice shots! idk if this helps you, but I also have sometimes lightflicker in my shots, but if you put you're shutter into 172.8 degree you can work around it, I love the color grading
