I have a word document that contains several hundred WWII army serial numbers in the text and I have an XL document with about 35,000 Army Serial Numbers. I want to find what serial numbers in XL are also in the word document or vice versa. Can this be automated?
I am not sure that would involve VBA with Word which is not my I do not know much about
What if any of the value is there for multiple times in any of the column

I have a list of unique values I need to find in a column 90k rows in length. I have used the Conditional firmatting but it's so slow. Is there any way I can quickly find the values and delete the entire rows with those values?
Have you seen this video, ruclips.net/video/Kv0r7eFLyEo/видео.html It might be what you need
Need to freeze selected columns.. else it will just go down as you copy forumals..
no, double click the fill handle and it should work.
I found out that if you put $A$2:$A$650 it doesn't shift the data that you are search. I hope this helps someone.
What if you have multiple columns or rows
You would have to create if for each column
@@BarbHendersonconsulting how do I do that
@@BarbHendersonconsulting what if I do it from different tables
Cntrl+f?
short cut to find
why not $?
I think you could have $ as long as you have them on both lists
How can we use this but instead of yes/no, I want it to highlight the original match
I don't think you are able to do that with the match function
