I appreciate this point of view. I spent all of last year trying to recover from binge eating disorder, it was good for me mentally but my physical health really declined. For years I’ve had a slew of unexplained health issues and finally decided to try keto and fasting and I’m finally feeling like myself again, little by little. I feel that binge eating recovery helped me to approach it without obsession, but there was a lot of toxic explanation from dieticians on the topic
I'm glad you found a better way and you're feeling like yourself again! The standard advice can just be so unhelpful. Thank you for watching and for this comment!
So good to see a dietitian that thinks. For the most part, dietitians have been preaching the same thing for 100 years and everyone is getting sicker and sicker. Where’s their intellectual curiosity?
Something else that's never discussed is the fact that excess insulin affects everything else! It impacts hormones, thyroid, neurotransmitters, and more. In fact, I'm not sure it's not a bigger factor in the destructive nature of diabetes.
Recently finished Michelle's book on audible and it's great she did a good job of narrating it.
Highly recommended
I agree! I also have the audible version and it's fantastic! A must read, for sure.
Yes, very good interview! I love Michelle's anger, energy, and intelligence! Wow! Thank you both 💓 💖
She's so fantastic! A true champion in the fight to get people healthy! Thank you so much for watching and for your comment!
The fact that the medical profession is not even curious just makes me so furious! Pure misanthropy. Delightful conversation by the way, you two!
It gets me so upset, as well. We could do so much better with a shift in focus from disease management to disease prevention.

Excellent interview!!! Keep em coming please.
Will do! Thank you for watching!
This interview was perfect and came at a great time for me. It’s actually shifted my mind set some and I’ll be talking to you soon :)
That's great! Can't wait! Thank you for watching! ♥️
Went carnivore and my food cravings stopped.
You know I love that! Sticking with carnivore has helped so many people get rid of cravings and get healthy! 🔥👏
me too!
The more I’ve learned I’m glad I didn’t go back to school to become a dietitian.
I understand what you mean! The curriculum seems so unhelpful.
I am prediabetic and I am doing a keto diet.
That's a fantastic way of eating to help reverse insulin resistance and keep diabetes away.

Yes! Michelle is incredible for speaking out and telling people the real situation.

It's really too bad that insulin levels aren't checked in a normal blood panel. It's an important one!
