I have same problem and it seems like rear motor out or control messed up and they trying not to take it back or refund me but I bought on amazon so should be fine , if it work s it’s nice
Both front and rear broke rear not working at all and front works but no power , err08 displayed after 6 weeks EAHORA want to send front and rear motor s, and controller I would have taken exchange but after all this I want a refund,it’s ridiculous might started at 40 miles
How hard was it to get your compensator nut off. I got the 1-1/2 socket and a breaker bar and put a new chain block in and snapped the chain block. Just making sure it’s righty tighty lefty loosey
Yes righty tighty lefty loosey. Comes off counter clockwise in other words. I used two chain blocks. I heated the nut with a plumbers torch for 100 seconds. Then I just used a 1/2 drive ratchet with a couple smacks of a hammer on the ratchet and i came loose.
Let me know what that stator rotor looks like. From what i understand it was a bad design. The magnets are glued to the stators rotor then with heat they come off. The new one you will have to mill down the lobs on the inner primary like i did in the video. It will seem like there aint now way it will go in but once the lobs are sanded or milled down it goes in easy. I believe my video is the only one for Big Dogs.
The stator looks pretty good . I’m changing it because it was never done. The bikes a 2004 . One less issue I don’t have to be concerned with when I go out for rides.
Good Luck Vince. Ive had nothing but issues with mine.
I am looking into retro fitting the system with something else.
@@BigDogRidgeback Ive been heartbroken over mine. Good luck.

Same with us. Eahora is turning out to be a scam.

I don’t know if I can send pictures of it through you tube.
Vince on your PA settings 1-5 run 5 at 100% 4 at 85% 3 at 75% and so on.
No more than 100% on 5
Check the motor cable on the rear axle motor. It may be loose or came unplugged
Its not that. I own one of these trainwrecks. The main power cord is threaded metal not the ip67 connection.
You’re better off on the Bigdog where people can hear you.
