I have owned one of these for nearly a year. The first time I used it to cook a chicken the entire interior stained. It's not grease, it's that the actual metal is stained. Bosch support completely stinks, young people who are not trained answer the line and offer no help at all. I recommend not purchasing this and buying a double convection oven instead.
Bar keepers Friend - That's the cleaner you use to shine it up. Apply the cream (get the cream - not the spray or the powder) spread it all over the area and let dry ... wipe off with a sponge pad ..... it may take more than onw time but it will get it clean.
Can someone tell me how I unlock my steam oven 😢 small kid has locked it and I do not find instructions book. Thanks

Is there a preset beef mode like the vegetable and chicken modes
Canada needs a Single unit Dual Cook zone wall oven. Almost no-one is doing it ! Then I can stack the combo Micro/ convection above.

This appliance look great BUT they are very poor quality, I have all the BOSCH appliance and all kind of problems you can imagine.
