    What is the song at the beginning when the drum majors are saluting?

    I have a couple questions: What did the voice-overs keep saying and what exactly is the show about?

      The voice-overs were saying the following: "Fastest train", "Different trains", "From New York to Los Angeles". Fastest Train is the original composition by Andy Salmon, John Best, and Brian Perez during the 3rd movement and Different Trains is music from Steve Reich which is used in the show. The show has multiple meanings. In the literal sense, the show has the railroad/train motif, which can lead one to believe the show is about trains, but "it's not about trains." Inside joke for those within the organization. In the true sense as noted in the title "Crossing Boundaries," The Woodlands HS Band worked hard this year to achieve something that has never happened in the history of the program and they did: 1) 1st Place @ BOA Conroe Regional, 2) 1st Place @ BOA San Antonio Super Regional, and 3) 1st Place @ BOA Grand National Championships. Congratulations to this fine program!
