This will be fixed/removed, incendiary ammo seems to allow you to HS within small range, enemy is dying due to the extra DMG.
Unintentional, just like explosive ammunition was changed 2 days after :/ RavenSoftware specifically said they "indefinitely don't want any snipers to Headshot"

Im running Taq-M as a sniper!!! Gonna run it with incendiary rounds and see how it does. With current build its 2shots down if fully plated, but i find myself hitting a lot if 1shot downs.

The reason why it feels good is that the mcpr got 250damage on all ranges, meanwhile sp80x got like 234 after 50m or so xD victus and mcpr are the only ones with good damage above 50m... but nice that incendiary are back. Did u try explosive ones?
I still crack 3 plates at like all ranges with the spx... didn't notice any difference from MCPR.
