I'm wondering also about surgery if you're very overweight but not diabetic. What sort of metrics are most important? Heart health? What? Also because most of my weight gain was sudden due to medication change and it's left a lot of stretch marks and scarring
It has taken me YEARS to be able to finally be scheduled for top surgery here in the United States as lowering your A1C can be sometimes a whole YEAR process. So be prepared.
