FYI for AE 2022 users: 2:25:42 - the Unified Camera Tool is now split into three Camera Orbit tools. Shift +1 cycles through the tools after you select the Camera tool. Holding Option on Mac or Alt on Windows will change it to the Unified Camera Tool. Pressing C after selecting the Camera tool will cycle through Orbit, Pan, and Dolly.

I guess I can say the best course that I've ever seen through my 5 years of search for a course like this, the thing that I absolutely loved about this course is that he doesn't teach you how to do something like 4-2=2 instead, he tried to teach what's the subtract is and encourages you to make the experience with it and create more creative things with it... I absolutely loved the tune that he had at the course and this 4hr course didn't make me bored or tired at all. personally, I'm not the kind of person to comment on videos on youtube but I guess I have to show how much value he is bringing through this video to us, thank you so much!

I have experience in Photoshop and Premiere Pro but have always found After Effects too daunting. Starting out on this tutorial, it felt really slow and I wanted to skip some, but I stuck with it and boy am I glad I did... I learned so, so, so much just by sticking with the beginning. If you have experience in other adobe products and think you can skip the introductory portion of this video, DON'T! It's slow, but you will find yourself so confused later on if you decide to do so. Try your best to stick with it! And to the authors of this video, amazing work! You have done an excellent job at making this tutorial educational. After watching this video I have remembered the hotkeys and almost all of the fundamentals to make an entire project. This is seriously something you could have charged money for. Absolutely incredible! Side Note: On the latest version of After Effects, the project files that you provided seem to lag a lot (not crash though). It didn't bother me too much, and I could follow along regardless, but it may affect others who don't have much experience with adobe products slightly. Just thought I would let you know!

Yeah, 5 years ago I thought adobe was something with which to build a house in New Mexico. Our marketing department decided I should take over all editing done in Adobe. I really enjoyed following your Explanation , this was pretty useful , you have defined most of interesting tools through focusing on details as much you could also this tut was really easy to follow without feeling bored even it took 4 hrs which is a little bit long but Everything was superb from the beginning also you have succeeded to make the interface of aftereffects easy to cope with which was kind of complicated , I'm really happy that i found something encouraging you to begin your journey as a motion graphic designer and do some creativity with your own methods , thank you for giving us the basics of those tools
