As I get older and older, more and more I realisera HOW fantastisk small children are. Its captivating se them eat, talk, giggling and being silly. Im a mother to 2 all grown up children, Im also a grand other. Realising that they are fantastisk, learning, growing. Even a thing how they learning use their fingers to pick up apples. These Girls are so beautiful as they are.

A little bit of competition, I think. I have begun to notice that when one of the girls is fully engaged with Mom, the other one invents a "distraction". Guin's fake choking act with an added "I'm o.k., Mom, yeah, I'm o.k.", is simply priceless! And, the distractions are always shouted at the top of one's voice in order to make absolutely sure that Mom is hearing this "desperate" plea for affection.
Did they wake up happy or what? Such a compliment to your plate; Gwen looks at it and says, "whoo, yummy!" I have a suggestion: (you may have already done this, and I missed it.)...Let them watch Paddington... give them orange Marmalade on toast and discuss the movie! Just a suggestion. - Wow, at the different voices...."See you tomorrow." Great little actresses they are!

They do. Mostly Guinevere. Guinevere will say no and then kind of and ugh sound and try to say it again. Anastasia sometimes just goes with whatever I say, but if I realize what she actually says she gets excited💗💗
I find it amazing how quickly they learn social graces. For example, Guin is clearly feigning her understanding of and interest in condensation. Very few of us are driven mostly by scientific curiosity, myself included. Evolutionarily it must have been more advantageous to cultivate strong social relations than to understand nature. The natural scientists in the group could make the discoveries, and you do not need a lot of them to make a difference, but everyone had to support group welfare by forming social bonds by being nice, even if you had to fake it. It is just so amazing that they (we) learn to do this so early in life.
I love watching these girls eat. It's such a joy. Anxious to see if Anastasia will eat her breakfast potatoes! She seemed more open to it when she found out there was onions in them!

It's gotta be hard sometimes to keep ingaged with both girls. How do you swap from one to the other when you're in mid sentence of your conversation, and the other child wants your attention right then. Alicia you do a great job, I don't think neither child feels neglected, but rather at ease knowing you see them and your paying attention to them, even while you talk to the other one. Anna and Guin seem very relaxed and confident in their relationship with you during conversations. Alicia you definitely got this. ❤🥰 Kathy
I've noticed that Guinevere has been doing that lately. She will start her fake cough and then say she's okay. The other day she did the Mom Mom Mom. Has to be hard having 2/2 and 1/2-year-olds wanting your attention at the same time.💜🩷 Alicia doesn't miss a beat and keeps on going and does a great job.
My 91 year old step-dad and I (67) adore the girls. We like to guess what the will eat and what they won't. They are so fun. We were wondering if they realize that they look so much alike. I love some of the looks that Anna gets on her face. ❤

The girls are just growing in front of our eyes. To see them in your dining room chairs (which I just love) shows how much they have grown. The grown up conversation with Guin regarding condensation was awesome. Your parenting skills are excellent and a joy to watch.❤❤
Ah these two toddlers are so adorable. Guin repeating condensation perfectly and intently listening to your explanation of condensation interjecting oh, ok just at the right times, so special. She seems to be looking for Mama's love and attention lately. Miss Ana, oh my what a sweetheart. She watches Guin to see if she needs anything. She advises safety protocols, and she shares without hesitation. I've noticed she's just a little angel and very generous for a toddler. Of course being toddlers this could all switch around in a second but I sure enjoy them no matter what.

They do. Mostly Guinevere. Guinevere will say no and then kind of and ugh sound and try to say it again. Anastasia sometimes just goes with whatever I say, but if I realize what she actually says she gets excited💗💗
I find it amazing how quickly they learn social graces. For example, Guin is clearly feigning her understanding of and interest in condensation. Very few of us are driven mostly by scientific curiosity, myself included. Evolutionarily it must have been more advantageous to cultivate strong social relations than to understand nature. The natural scientists in the group could make the discoveries, and you do not need a lot of them to make a difference, but everyone had to support group welfare by forming social bonds by being nice, even if you had to fake it. It is just so amazing that they (we) learn to do this so early in life.

Alicia, you were having a conversation about something Ana saw and Quin was out of the conversation she pretended to cough and choke then she said Mom I'm ok just to get your attention. Lol
It's gotta be hard sometimes to keep ingaged with both girls. How do you swap from one to the other when you're in mid sentence of your conversation, and the other child wants your attention right then. Alicia you do a great job, I don't think neither child feels neglected, but rather at ease knowing you see them and your paying attention to them, even while you talk to the other one. Anna and Guin seem very relaxed and confident in their relationship with you during conversations. Alicia you definitely got this. ❤🥰 Kathy
I've noticed that Guinevere has been doing that lately. She will start her fake cough and then say she's okay. The other day she did the Mom Mom Mom. Has to be hard having 2/2 and 1/2-year-olds wanting your attention at the same time.💜🩷 Alicia doesn't miss a beat and keeps on going and does a great job.

My 91 year old step-dad and I (67) adore the girls. We like to guess what the will eat and what they won't. They are so fun. We were wondering if they realize that they look so much alike. I love some of the looks that Anna gets on her face. ❤

The girls are just growing in front of our eyes. To see them in your dining room chairs (which I just love) shows how much they have grown. The grown up conversation with Guin regarding condensation was awesome. Your parenting skills are excellent and a joy to watch.❤❤
Ah these two toddlers are so adorable. Guin repeating condensation perfectly and intently listening to your explanation of condensation interjecting oh, ok just at the right times, so special. She seems to be looking for Mama's love and attention lately. Miss Ana, oh my what a sweetheart. She watches Guin to see if she needs anything. She advises safety protocols, and she shares without hesitation. I've noticed she's just a little angel and very generous for a toddler. Of course being toddlers this could all switch around in a second but I sure enjoy them no matter what.
