Good vid! i use the simms g3's because i fish in waders a lot but they should be pretty similar and i love them. awesome to see kuiu partner with simms
Overall what waders did you compare to them ? I think the boot looks great. I’m thinking either Sitka or these. These boots look way better. I see they both have life time warranty.
@@alliesfarm7535 I’ve compared these to all the waders that I have used and or tried on. So the Sitka waders, banded waders, Drake waders, Chenes, frogtoggs, and game winners and simms. Overall I like them the most.
@@BestChoiceRoofingofSouthLA the Kuiu waders are a four layer breathable waterproof fabric. So they are a little thicker than the Sitkas in my opinion. I wouldn’t say the fabric isn’t super stretchy, but it does have some give and stretch which I like.
Man, you can’t go wrong with either. For me personally, KUIU waders just fit better, feel more comfortable, and that’s why I’m going with them. They’re also different and not as mainstream, which I think is cool. At the end of the day, it really just comes down to personal preference.

Hunt late season cold. You feel the boots will keep warm? I’m ready to pull trigger. These or Sitka. I hunt desert terrain kuiu pattern looks better
@@thatguy5586 how cold does it get for you ? I have taken these down to high single digits with a good sock and haven’t had a problem.
@ single digits also. Curious compared to Sitka.
Do the boots fit similar to other wader boots? Like in rogers for instance i wear 10 boots, would these compare in fit?
I would say somewhat similar. The boot fits a little snug around the ankle. So if you are a half size I’d recommend going up.

How would you compare the 2 types of material between Kuiu and Sitka? Is the Kuiu actually very stretchy?

Would you say these are better or the Sitka zips?

Divebombs are junk. Knee pad seams leaking in less than 2 months. 15ish hunts and with probably 10 miles on them. Would like to try these out
Divebimb is junk all the way around
