You hopefully can get through it. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, it doesn’t make you weak, it shows you want to get better and do better. If your family is abusing you, tell a trusted adult or a trusted friend and maybe you can move in with them. If you feel like life is a blank colorless thing and you’re just bored all the time, try to do things that make you happy like walking outside, talking with friends (virtually of course), or just being with family. Again, if your parents/family abuse you, they aren’t your family. Remember that you can make a family, like maybe you have a friend that’s like an older sibling to you, you treat them like family, so they basically become a part of your non-blood related family, if you don’t feel like you family is *family* then they aren’t. If you just feel empty and cold inside, tell someone you trust about it and hopefully they can find a way to help you. Like me, I’m going to therapy because I’ve been feeling emotionally lost, and just not happy. It’s ok to rely on someone, maybe not all the time, but it’s ok to be needy when you aren’t feeling good. I really really hope you get better, remember people love and care about you. You deserve to be treated well. I hope you come back up soon. I care. If you don’t believe me, that’s ok, you don’t have to. But keep this in mind; don’t hurt yourself because you feel depressed or just lost, there’s someone out there who cares. Don’t end it because you just can’t handle it, things will get better. A rainbow can’t exist if it doesn’t rain. You mattered, you do matter, and you will matter. I care about you, your health, and your mental health. Please consider this. If you don’t get help, things will just start getting worse, I would know. Don’t hold your emotions in. Don’t lock them up and bury them deep inside you. I care and other people reading your comment cares, you aren’t alone. We can get through this. Just 6 feet apart or more. There are around 7 million people around the world and most would care. I am part of the side who cares.

You hopefully can get through it. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, it doesn’t make you weak, it shows you want to get better and do better. If your family is abusing you, tell a trusted adult or a trusted friend and maybe you can move in with them. If you feel like life is a blank colorless thing and you’re just bored all the time, try to do things that make you happy like walking outside, talking with friends (virtually of course), or just being with family. Again, if your parents/family abuse you, they aren’t your family. Remember that you can make a family, like maybe you have a friend that’s like an older sibling to you, you treat them like family, so they basically become a part of your non-blood related family, if you don’t feel like you family is *family* then they aren’t. If you just feel empty and cold inside, tell someone you trust about it and hopefully they can find a way to help you. Like me, I’m going to therapy because I’ve been feeling emotionally lost, and just not happy. It’s ok to rely on someone, maybe not all the time, but it’s ok to be needy when you aren’t feeling good. I really really hope you get better, remember people love and care about you. You deserve to be treated well. I hope you come back up soon. I care. If you don’t believe me, that’s ok, you don’t have to. But keep this in mind; don’t hurt yourself because you feel depressed or just lost, there’s someone out there who cares. Don’t end it because you just can’t handle it, things will get better. A rainbow can’t exist if it doesn’t rain. You mattered, you do matter, and you will matter. I care about you, your health, and your mental health. Please consider this. If you don’t get help, things will just start getting worse, I would know. Don’t hold your emotions in. Don’t lock them up and bury them deep inside you. I care and other people reading your comment cares, you aren’t alone. We can get through this. Just 6 feet apart or more. There are around 7 million people around the world and most would care. I am part of the side who cares.
