it does work with ludens people abused it in PBE, then riot decided to remove it from the offical release of the mode ^^
i think might be possible to win if Mort make Lissandra Spectral Cutlass jump to Morgana and atleast stun her?
In theory yes, but the difficulty here is that he cannot guarantee Liss will focus Morg.
First off, the other player can just move Morg last second, so Mort would have to predict that which is hard.
Second, even then Liss has 2 range so she could also focus on another unit in her range to ult.

Guys, while in game tell Siri to set an alarm for 5 seconds. When you dismiss it your volume goes back to normal.
