For anyone out there. I’m a very successful tennis player. I consider myself a pro amateur. What I realised was that in order to improve my game, even as I got older in my 30s, was that I had to only play with the best of the best people who didn’t want to play tennis just to play tennis, they wanted to play only to win. This applies to business also, you must surround yourself with people always want to win, being complacent and only Participating for the sake of it, will get you nowhere. You must either naturally have that killer instinct, or surround yourself with people who do and they will bring you up. This is from a 42-year-old man, good luck everyone.
