I Love it! I made a hanging macrame lamp back in ‘81 which my Mom still has today in her recroom ! I love the way the light plays on the walls. Great job 👏‼️
Oh yes, the lights on the walls is definitely my favorite thing about the macrame chandeliers!
It looks like angels! With golden nimbuses! It is my first macrame video and I like it!
I guess it does 😊 I am glad you liked the video!
Ok this might be (probably is) THE most beautiful macrame chandelier I've ever seen in my life. Actually not just macrame, this is really one of the most beautiful chandelier I've ever seen at all!
Wow, thank you! I agree of course :D
Your work is the best I have ever seen on RUclips! Thanks a lot for your inspiration!!!❤
Hi I'm from Philippines and I've been watching your vlog always. I'm so eager to learn about some of your stuff and finally I made a macrame chandelier yesterday. Thank you for inspiring me. God bless
Awesome! Thank you! I hope you will enjoy making more macrame pieces in the future 🙂
I've been looking forward to this video, and I am happy to report that you surely did not disappoint. Bravo. I am really excited about doing my first piece.
Have fun! :)
Totally awesome!
And I personally believe it was a good choice to cut the number of tasslels in half. The shade is adorable!!!
Thank you for the teaching video. You're awesome!
Thank you 😊 I am glad you like it, it is one of my personal favorites and hangs in my living room even today
Love your videos. For this project, I would like to see where you glued the extra rope? Thank you
Thank you 🙂 The cords are all glued on the inside of those lower double half hitch knot rows.
Beautiful. I did macrame about 30 years ago and now relearning it
I am sure it is coming back fast 🙂
Wow i have been watching your videos just a month ago and started learning macreme through your channel and I am using bobbiny cords.iam from INDIA.i am now a great fan of yours.thank you.
Wonderful! Hopefully you will love macrame as a new hobby 🙂
They look like little angels. Good
Right, they do
Your art is beautiful. Keep persevering your dream life. You are right on track!!!
Thank you so much for the support! 😊
I love it! Im wanting to make one but im having trouble finding a video on explaining the lighting to put in it without the cords being shown. Thanks in advance!
I've done this video on how to hang the chandelier if that helps: ruclips.net/video/js1hIRdPHwg/видео.html
@@uzliky thank you sooo much!!!
Stunningly gorgeous
Thank you! 😊
I make few of Macreme products and I enjoy doing them . I don't know how to market them. Very nice video.
Glad you liked the video! I know, the marketing part is really hard, I haven't figured that out myself yet...
I would love it if you would go live also, I often have questions, and I thinking would be totally cool to see all this in real time..
It's still something that I am considering but I don't think it will happen any time soon, I only have a few more weeks left before I am due and then I imagine with having a baby it would be quite challenging. But I am planning to do another Q&A video in a few weeks, I know it's of course not the same thing as being live but it's at least a video focused only on your questions...
Wow excellent I Love it make some more I want to learn to Do it thanks for sharing your magic hehehe god bless and Be always safe.watching from Philippines ❤❤❤❤
Wow ! Absolutely beautiful ! You are so creative !
Thank you so much 😊
Amazing! I love it! Great job dear! 💚💛💚💛
Wow. You did it so easily . I hope mine be pretty as yours. And fast enough.
Well everything looks easy in an edited video 😉 but trust me this definitely took me a while to make
HI, it came out ABSOLUTELY AMAZING… BEAUTIFUL… LOVE IT .
Thank you so much!
It very beautiful you have explained in easy method Thankyou
Glad you like it 😊

So beautiful art!
I loved it! Saludos desde Argentina, land of the world cup winners! 😊❤
Thank you! 😃 And congrats even though it has been a few months now 😅
Hey, I loved your videos. Can you please post a video how you hang these Chandeliers with the ceiling. Thanks
Hi, thank you 😊 and yes, in the next chandelier video I will talk more about the electrical components and the whole thing.
It's beautiful! I may make a smaller version for my camper/RV.
Thank you and have fun re-creating it 😊
Hi explains very well!
Hey, thanks!
I love this, if I where to make it but smaller do I just reduce the pattern in multiples of 8?
I’m going to make one. Your explanation is clear to understand
That’s awesome, I’m glad you think so. Have fun making it!
absolutely i love your work count wait
Glad to hear it!
Sorry i may have a dumb question but.. Do you have to do anything to keep it from burning? Just want to make sure I am being safe
Hello, very very beautiful.❤
I have 4 lambs in a big room, is it better to make a smaller chandelier? Maybe 20 cm diametr? Or a different shape of decoration?
Mam u r project is beautiful as u r. Absolutely love it 😍
Thank you 😊
Absolutely love this modern shade, can't wait to have a try!
Hope you have fun making it!
I love your energy,
Omg beautiful
thanks 😊
Very nicely done
I loved your creation 💝, can you please elaborate a little more about the length of 88 cords that you have taken ?
Glad you like it 😊 Do you mean more than what is in the video description? If you let me know which part is confusing for you I will try my best to help 😉
I I think it says 2,5mt each cord 😉
suka suka suka, love love love, i can't wait to try it
Awesome! Let me know how it goes 😉
Elegant and simple
Thank you! 😊
Hi interested in doing this lampshade but would not want it so big if I-reduced the ring to 32cms how many cords would I need for the pattern to work ? Thanks Mal Charlton
Hi Mal, it is difficult to judge for me as I haven't worked with that size of a ring so I am not sure how many cords fit onto it. My best guess is try to remove three sections, 8 cords in each, so that gives you 66 cords at the beginning. You can always add more cords if needed (keep in mind that for the pattern to work you will always need sections of 8 cords or you will have to adjust the pattern). I hope that helps.
За хак отдельная благодарность! Надо попробовать
You are very welcome 🙂
Восторг!!! Очень красиво❤❤❤❤ спасибо 😍😍😍
Merhaba çok güzel olmuş elinize sağlık. Ördüğünüz ipleri nasıl gizlediniz acaba
Thank you, for the ends I used a hot glue gun and glued them to the inside of the chandelier 😉
@@uzliky teşekkür ederim çok naziksiniz 🍀
Die Lampe sieht sehr schön aus. 🙂👍🏻
Ich hätte gerne noch gesehen, was du mit den restlichen Fäden machst, die noch in der Mitte waren. Liebe Grüße 🙋🏼🌞
Glad you like it 🙂 And for the remaining cords you mean after I cut them? I can't remember but I may have used them in another piece for something like a fringe but I think they may have been too short so I probably threw these away...
@@petraw.9245 Oh, right, so I cut all those quite short (maybe 1 cm or so) and then used my hot glue gun to attach them to the inside of the chandelier - to the back of all those double half hitch knots. I hope this answers your question :)
@@uzliky thank you 😉👍🏻 🌞
Thanks for sharing the process. Beautiful
I love macrame. Yes go online with how tons we don't have enough.
Welcome to the club! 🙂
Beautiful! How do you attach the chains to the light fitting on the ceiling please? Thanks.
I am actually planning to do a video on the whole "how to hang your macrame chandelier" in a few weeks so stay tuned for that 😉 But essentially there is a hook in the ceiling that's holding the chain...
Where did you find the materials for the lightings and how did you attached the two?
I found the lighting cord in some random online shop after a bit of googling. I have a video on how I hang my chandeliers so I would suggest you take a look at that one if you are interested 😉
Do u make macrame wedding hair clips??
Oh it's so beautiful lamp chandelier. I will be doing one for sure. Thank you so much for your tips and advice on theses videos x
You are so welcome! And have fun making it! 😊
VERY BEAUTIFULL. I WILL TRY TO DO . I AM FROM URUGUAY!!!
Hello to Uruguay 👋 have fun with it 😉
Where did you get those chains to hang the chandelier? Could you please give the details as well?
I got those at a local hardware store. I think most hardware stores will have something similar.
It is very pretty 😍 just loved it ..
Thank you! 😊
Hermosa lámpara, me encanto. Gracias por compartirla
Вы такая молодец! Очень красиво! Понятно рассказали. Хочу попробовать! Спасибо!
Awesome! Have fun with it
Добрий день .Дуже гарні вироби у вас .можна взнати яка довжина шнура в абажурі .
Thank you very much 😊 I am not sure if that last part is a question so just in case you were asking - all of the lengths and measurements for the cords are in the description of the video 😉
Wwoooow. Thank you! It's amazing!
omg so beautiful! thanks for sharing all the tips!
You’re welcome ☺️
That amazing .. I need to know how did you cut the end of the cord and glue it in the back ❤️❤️ thank you for lovely videos
Thank you Aya 🙂 well I’ve cut the cords about 2 cm short only and I’ve used my hot glue gun to glue them to the “inside” side of the chandelier. It wasn’t really anything special but I can’t really tell even when I’m sitting directly underneath it. If you have Instagram reach out to me there and I can send you a picture 😉
@@uzliky thank you for replying ❤️❤️ okay I'll contact you on Instagram 👍🏻
Hola, cual es la medida del hilo por favor
Thank you for this video! Took your idea for my chandelier 😊
Wonderful!
Absolutely beautiful
Thank you!
exactly what i have been looking for, just found you through fb and love your work,
Glad to hear it!
When you attach the chandelier to the light what holds the frame at a level position and centered with the light bulb? Is it just the links attached to the cable?
It is just the links, I make sure that each line has the same number of links and that they are evenly distributed across the ring and that does it....
Is there a way to secure another ring at the bottom to make it less tassel-y at the bottom?
Yes, I have done that on this chandelier which I filmed the tutorial for Creative Fabrica www.creativefabrica.com/product/how-to-create-a-geometric-macrame-chandelier/ref/1523494/ I was using the vertical double half hitch knot to attach the second ring
I can ask about the length for each rope??
My ring has 35 cm diameter...so how i know how many double threads i will need, so the geometry of the design will match?
My best advice would be to start adding cords and then adjusting the spacing in between them (either more spread out or closer together) to make it fit.
Your work is beautiful! How do you attach to the electrical part of the light though?
Thank you! I know I am answering this kinda late so you may have already found this but I have a video on how to do that here ruclips.net/video/js1hIRdPHwg/видео.html
A lot of work but it came out so so well.
Yes, it definitely was but I absolutely love the result and still have the chandelier hanging in my living room 😊
İt looks beatiful and aesthetic, ı want to try 😍 thanks for sharing us 🌼
My pleasure 😊 I hope you will have fun with it!
Amei seu trabalho parabéns
thank you! 😊
Please can you tell me more about the 'tyre rack that you're using to hold the ring as you work on it. Thanks
Hi Rachel, sure, it is this thing: www.easygiftproducts.co.uk/auto-accessories/all-ride-tyre-holder-rack-725918--11217. But I would only use one of the black rings to hold the chandelier. In my other chandelier video I explain it a little bit more (starting at 2:30) ruclips.net/video/gQcXiSSFMzE/видео.html
Many thanks! I'm now wondering if the lampshade rings I use will work with the tyre stand.
Pls can you explain how you fix the chains to the ceiling, I've looked at each of your lampshade videos in v slow motion, willing your camera to go higher to the ceiling lol
😁yeah I guess I am not really showing that there. I think it would be best if I send you some pictures on Instagram. Can you reach out to me there?
@@uzliky believe it or not I don't have Instagram! I spend far too much time on line as it is!
I will try to explain then. We have drilled a small hook into the ceiling and the chain links are on that hook. It's all covered by that cup thingy that you always have at the ceiling when you have a chandelier or a lamp that hangs on a cord. Sorry, don't know what that's called in English. I hope that helped...?
So your description says 88 cords 8.2ft a piece? Is that after it’s folded in half or total of the entire cord?
That is the total length of the cord that you should be cutting 😉
Can I use a bamboo ring?
I think that should work too as long as it’s really symmetrical and strong enough
Wow... Such a pretty piece and so neatly glued on the inside 😍
Thank you! I did my best with the glue gun 😄
I just love'd it
That’s awesome 😊
What is the length of each rope ?
This is priceless omg !!!! So brilliant. Never seen anything like this before.
So happy to hear you like it and that you think it’s original 😊
Ahh! So pretty 🤩 gotta try this one!
Hope you enjoy it!
How did you glue the strands so neatly on the inside????
Well you can still see it if you look on the inside, but barely notice it from the outside...I didn't really think too much about it, just cut the strands about 1-2 cm long and they glue them into the places where they seemed to naturally fit.
Can you add a link to the tire rack that you have? Thank you
Here is a similar one www.alza.cz/EN/auto/compass-wheel-disc-holder-d3020097.htm
Очень красиво получилось 😍😍😍👏🏻
thank you 😊
I’m am thankful for you beautiful work! How long does this take you?
A chandelier or in general a bigger project like probably somewhere between 10 - 15 hours of work 😉
What should I take the length of the cord
Check out the description of the video for all the measurements 😉
Thanks Dear, I am creating this for a 75 cm diameter hoop so adjusted the amount of cord a bit. Really looking forward, will be using it for a wedding venue. Now I am going to look for those nice gold wooden beads as they look very luxurious. Thanks a lot for being so detailed too!
😍
Sounds great! Oh I love adding beads to my works, but I do have to spray paint them to get that luxurious look 😉
Can you send a link for the tire rack? Cant seem to find anything similar online! Thank you for this wonderful video!
Here is a very similar one but I am not sure if they ship internationally...www.alza.cz/EN/auto/compass-wheel-disc-holder-d3020097.htm
Beautiful!!
Thank you! 😊
Length of one cord ?
Can be found in the video description 😉
How many lenth 1 thread??
Absolutely love it... And I am going to make one for my self
Have fun!
Awsome! Do you think it’s possibile to do the same pattern on a square shape chandelier?
Maybe you've already tried this since I am answering so late. I think it's possible to use a square "ring" but I think that once you make the pattern the cords will naturally tend to form a circle instead of holding the square shape so it might end up looking a bit strange with a square top and then a more circular body. But let me know if you do try it, I would love to see the result.
So pretty!! Love this ☺️
Thank you for the nice comment! :)
Absolutely!!!!! Just love your videos thank you.
Glad you like them!
Wow you are amazing 😍❤😘
Thank you 😊
Muito criativo seu trabalho ,Parabéns.❤

If you don't mind I'd like to borrow your tire rack thingy? By bike needs some new tires! Jk awesome I didn't even know if this was a thing just looked it up and was highly entertained! I do paracord stuff.
Well there you go, glad you found it entertaining 😉
