Don’t worry it’s true but I got my answer, Drinking too much water can lead to a condition called **water intoxication** or **hyponatremia**, which occurs when the balance of electrolytes in your body is disrupted. Here's what can happen: 1. **Dilution of sodium**: Excessive water dilutes the sodium in your blood, leading to dangerously low sodium levels. Sodium is essential for nerve and muscle function. 2. **Cell swelling**: With too much water, your cells, including brain cells, can swell due to the excess water moving into them. This can cause various symptoms. 3. **Mild symptoms**: These can include headache, nausea, vomiting, and confusion. 4. **Severe symptoms**: In extreme cases, it can lead to seizures, coma, and even death if untreated. Drinking water in moderation and according to your body's needs is important. Usually, this condition occurs when someone consumes a large amount of water in a short period.

Ancient Greek philosophers said a very simple rule: Everything In moderation. I'll add another point to that. Which is everything beneficial in moderation. Following that advice is based on observations of nature and means your best survival.
1. Your scalp has its own biome, if you sleep while it's wet it can lead to things like fungal growth bc while laying down you make it a cold, wet, dark environment 2. Yes a lot of bombs kill people not from shrapnel but from the force of the Shockwave that ruptures the organs 3. No, but on a technicality some people have been frozen and not died, they just had a severe slowing of metabolism and entered a deep sleep that they woke up from after being warmed
I almost died from a water coma/Hyponatremia and had all the signs of the people who reported it before they left (Rip radio show lady and another from a competition) such as your head hurting so much, very weak and dizzy everywhere, absolute nausea, very fast heartbeat, very loud and fat belly, and total confusion/disorientation. I drank 6 water bottles (100.2oz, 2.96 liters) under 10 minutes , i did it because i was a very self conscious kid about my weight and thought i could flush out the fat. There was nobody around, thankfully I just peed my headache away and just laid on the sofa. Please warn others and drink a safe amount in relation to how much you expel and need.
@@MunzalaAhmedAllah is false. The quran was stolen from the Bible and even has identical verses. Bible came first. Glory be to God, through Jesus Christ.
This is a nice way of viewing toxicity. Everything we consume and absorb is technically “toxic”. Just has a different “toxicity” threshold. When you think of a toxic substance, the only thing that makes it toxic, is that your body has a very low threshold for it. Otherwise it’s a completely normal substance, like water.
You would have to drink WAY more than you feel comfortable, as long as your body is comfortable you can drink as often as you want. Just not chugging bottles of water, it would be really painful and hard to do don’t worry😅🤓
Drinking 6 liters of water in one hour can have severe consequences on your health. This is an extreme case of hyponatremia, or water intoxication, where the balance of electrolytes in your body is disrupted. Here’s what could happen: Electrolyte Dilution: Excess water dilutes the sodium concentration in your blood, leading to an electrolyte imbalance. Kidney Strain: Your kidneys have to work excessively to eliminate the surplus water, which can lead to kidney damage. Cerebral Edema: Excess water can cause swelling in the brain as it accumulates in brain cells. This can lead to symptoms like headaches, nausea, vomiting, confusion, seizures, and in severe cases, coma or death. Cardiovascular Issues: Excess water can also raise blood pressure and potentially cause heart problems. It's important to drink water in moderation and follow daily intake recommendations, typically around 2 to 3 liters for a healthy adult, though this can vary based on activity level, temperature, etc. If you've consumed a large amount of water quickly and feel unwell, it’s crucial to seek medical attention immediately.
"Coroners report: the woman, abdomen bloated with nothing but water, was deemed to have taken her own life this way. Officers and detectives have tried to find evidence of any intrusion into her home or any signs of resistance on the body. But after 3 weeks of searching for evidence, they've concluded that it was, in fact, a suicide. Doctors are puzzled by this medical anomaly, it should have been completely impossible to drink the amount of water the woman had in the span of around 2 hours without feeling pain, nausea, or a feeling of fullness. The evidence we have gathered was substantial enough to prove that there were no intruders. Or any signs of malicious actors."
As a medical technician It means drinking water is a sword of two edged. But in general you can drink water till your urine becomes white or transparent in colour. That's best indicator.
The best indicator I'm using it's only when I'm feeling thirsty if I feel it I drink if I don't I won't The body is often giving accurate signals of needing water or not
@@احمدسمكوالحديدي At that time you can consider other indicators like drying lips which means you need water or other factors but thirsty in general are the best indicator
I have something called diabetes insipidus. It isn’t diabetes as the name suggests, but is caused by the lack of the signals or chemicals to the brain telling me when I’m no longer thirsty so I drink a hell of a lot of water. I don’t get headaches but I suffer from intense migraines- this may be why.. interesting.
Blud 🧏🏽♂️tried🫣his hardest to make the gang laugh😭 never speak again🤐 Lil bro before I Clap thou cheeks👶(sussy Diddy ohio😏) dont✋️talk to me ever again🙂↔️NEVER🤬
Fact: this was actually happened to someone(I think) . Very famous story. Basically there was this game show where whoever drank the most water won, the prize was like a Wii or something. And this woman won so she got the prize, but she died. Though, I don’t know if it was for this reason, or she just couldn’t use the bathroom quick enough and died.
This is why water should have electrolytes such as sodium. If you are dehydrated plain water will do nothing for you, in fact, if you take too much while dehydrated this can happen, since your body will be depleted of electrolytes. Make sure your water have electrolytes if you are dehydrated.
I drink six liters a day and sometimes I drink 3 liters within two hours or so. And I read online that it could start getting dangerous at around three liters within three hours. Due to my anxiety, I'm now scared to drink too much water but at the same time I can't stop because I'm just so thirsty. And no, it's not because of a chronic illness, my medication is perfect.
Drinking water maintains hydration, boosts energy, and supports digestion, kidney function, and healthy skin, while also flushing toxins and reducing risk of diseases and headaches.

It's not just that. Drinking too much water also disturbs the balance of electrolytes. More precisely I think it's the sodium levels that get diluted that become fatal if it reaches a too low level.
For anyone that's scared, it's actually pretty difficult to do on accident. Normally you'll start peeing way more often, and if it looks clear like water, then its safe to assume that you should back off just a lil bit.

1. why sleeping with your hair is wet is bad?
2. can a shockwave kill you?
3. have a person hibernate?
1 is bad?
@V-e6bwhy are you saying that so often?
1. Your scalp has its own biome, if you sleep while it's wet it can lead to things like fungal growth bc while laying down you make it a cold, wet, dark environment
2. Yes a lot of bombs kill people not from shrapnel but from the force of the Shockwave that ruptures the organs

Edit: I know guys, stop replying
Just stop if you feel unwell
You would have to drink WAY more than you feel comfortable, as long as your body is comfortable you can drink as often as you want. Just not chugging bottles of water, it would be really painful and hard to do don’t worry😅🤓

- *Famous last words*
Dad when he takes a sip of your drink:
Drinking 6 liters of water in one hour can have severe consequences on your health. This is an extreme case of hyponatremia, or water intoxication, where the balance of electrolytes in your body is disrupted. Here’s what could happen:
Electrolyte Dilution: Excess water dilutes the sodium concentration in your blood, leading to an electrolyte imbalance.
Appreciate your explanation ❤

you didn't drink the whole bottle in one gulp, instead you drink it little by little throughout the entire session
Imagine if someone committed suicidal with this 💀
That's literally what I was thinking of
"Coroners report: the woman, abdomen bloated with nothing but water, was deemed to have taken her own life this way.

The best indicator I'm using it's only when I'm feeling thirsty if I feel it I drink if I don't I won't
The body is often giving accurate signals of needing water or not
@@mmsllp9269

@@احمدسمكوالحديدي
At that time you can consider other indicators like drying lips which means you need water or other factors but thirsty in general are the best indicator
I'm somehow still alive so it's not as important as you think.
I'm somehow still alive. So it's probably not as important as you think.

Lesson of the day: Drink water only when you're thirsty.
That's not good enough because of dehydration. A better statement is, don't get full off water when you drink.
If you're thirsty then your not drinking enough water.
Drink salts alongwith water. After an exercise session or heat exhaustion dont just drink water but lemonade ORS or simple NaCl mixed water😊
