Nick Rowley Opening Ultimately Sets Up $60M+ Crash Case Verdict Against Tesla

Nick Rowley, of Trial Lawyers for Justice, tells jurors evidence will show a Tesla employee was responsible for the crash that left a motorcyclist with severe brain damage. The Indiana state court jury found the Tesla worker 70 percent liable for the crash and assigned 30 percent of fault to the motorcyclist in the first phase of trial. Jurors then handed down a $60.6 million-plus award in the trial's second phase. The jury's apportionment of fault reduces the collectible award to $42.48 million.
