"Men don't have feelings". There's reasons we don't open up as men this is number one reason. It has nothing to do with being weak or emotional. OUR own feelings either get invalidated or are swept under the rug. Major props for calling this guy out who either has some sort of trauma against men to be saying that or just on the bandwagon of different ways to hate men.

As someone who struggled to GAIN weight. I was consistently around 95-100 and since ive been on birth control it went up to 117/118. I really didnt notice till my family/friends was like youre starting to fill out. Thankfully it went to the right places

It's because there's a clear agenda on masculinity today. So to Ryans point, they say "men's mental health matters" which yes of course it does, but it only focuses on the weaker aspect. So when a man does manly things or expresses his masculinity in traditional ways its "toxic masculinity" and "men have no feelings" there's certain men loved by the world for their beliefs that are (to be honest) feminine, and men who are hated that hold traditionally more masculine beliefs. Feminine men pose a threat to no one. Being a man is hard and I'm glad to be a woman. Thank yall for speaking the truth and thinking critically about these things

I'm 6'1 and weighted 370 lbs 2 years ago. One day I decided to start showing up to the gym everyday, therefore, losing 155 lbs and now weighing 215. To my suprise I have minimal to no excess skin and I'm beginning to get shredded asf. Motivation is bullshit, discipline is key; A proper calorie deficit along with working out consistently is all it takes.
usually taller people seem to have less loose skin for some reason, i lost about 60 pounds (231-170) and have no loose skin either.
