Was never told high protein diet before my nephrectomy five years ago. I was told to not have too much protein ( around six ounces a day) after my op.
Good info. Diagnosed and had part of right kidney removed. Stage 3 renal cell cancer. This was Oct 2023. Doing imunnotherapy now
Correct me if I am wrong, but for Stage 3 they usually do a radical Nephrectomy, why PN?
I’m bipolar and I’ve been taking lithium for 40 years. My kidneys are impaired and I have just had cancer removed from my kidney. Difficult to find much information on the internet about lithium damage and kidney damage. Can anyone enlighten me?

She said she use to like it after surgery she cant stand it.
That’s what I thought too, no banannas either too much potassium ..
I haven't seen any evidence for the existence of a soul. Or even a coherent explanation of such a thing
