You can do it in after effects. It's called object tracking. If the footage is good, the software does it all for you in no time. You might have to tweak few tracking points in case something goes wrong, but it's not as hard as you think it is
It is so refreshing to hear someone else mention detail. Just taking 10 seconds to scan the necklace clasp, hairband on the wrist, a tiny curl that needs resetting, all the details I don't/can't fix later. I have to remind myself to stop and take a breath to evaluate the situation. Love finding your photo edits:)

Great suggestions! I agree with all of them but particularly the "check your settings" tip. I run large format printers and checking my settings prior to printing has been PARAMOUNT in my success of rarely ever screwing up.

Fun story, you can actually break a chunk of that plant off and stick it in a cup of water and it will root and grow another one. Just make sure it has a few leaves on it (like 5 or so).. rip off the bottom leaf closest to the cut and put it in water... Should have roots in like 30 days or less. Then you can plant it in soil and have another Pothos. :)
I've been wanting to get into photography for years and yesterday I pulled the trigger and ordered one. In preparation for its arrival, I binge-watched about 4 hours of your videos. I love the editing style in your videos and I love your photos as well. On a side note, I have always wanted to work for myself as you have stated, and a few months ago I began my journey doing my own thing. I have a long way to go but I finally feel hopeful and excited to work! Your videos have shown me that I too can learn to make a living doing what I love. Thanks for the inspiration!
The histogram tip applies but not to all photos. If you’re shooting in snow then your histogram will be peaking mostly in the highlights area, altering it will ruin the image. And vice versa, if you’re doing night photography then the opposite is true.
Your energy is contagious. Seems like such a cool dude. I could watch your videos all day. It’s like sitting with a cool friend and your simply hanging out but your learning from him and enjoying it. Time well spent!

Not gonna lie, before the very simple explanation of how the histogram works…I thought it was only for the “professionals” and that it was practically rocket science to understand and use it. Glad I came across this video. I’ve been shooting with an a6000 for just over a year now and i’m still learning big things that can (and will) improve my photos. Cheers, Peter!

I’ve been taking pictures since I was given my first camera. When I was 12 my aunt gave me her favorite tripod and to this day it’s the only one I like using. But even with the courses I’ve taken I’m still learning more everyday.

I’ve got some ideas for future videos that I think would benefit the community (AKA, me). I’m a visual learner, you’re a visual teacher. Let’s do this thing. 1. How to clean your sensor. I’m…terrified. Haven’t cleaned my a7iii sensor since I got it, I think it’s time. 2. How to shoot 120p around those horrible cheap flickering lights. Are they fluorescent? I don’t know, but they’re the worst. And 3. I’ll be honest, I can’t remember. Maybe on-the-go microphone hacks? I travel and find myself in awful empty/echo-y AirBnB’s and recording becomes a pain when I can’t seem to get crispy audio. Cool, thanks. Make good decisions and do cool things. Also, dope video. For the empty/echo stuff if you’re trying to voice over try recording the audio under a comforter but as far recording video and audio in that setting gotta find the right room
If you have already got an audio interface you could add a FetHead preamp (+20dB), a CloudLifter (+25dB) or any other studio preamp (Art Tube, Rolls, PreSonus etc.)
cloud lifters cool and all, but the dbx 286s adds much need compression and other features that are great if you're not in a studio setting where is absolutely no noise. which is why I would recommend the dbx 286s over just a cloudlifter, but both if you can afford it.
I agree, tube preamps are always better than "mic activators" but still perform quite well for their compactness ( ruclips.net/video/izeVBY9KPWo/видео.html ) The problem is that many of us like myself don't have the space on the desk for a 1U tube preamp
Best and easiest to understand discription of a histogram ever! Every thing else I ever researched I felt like I needed a degree in string theory to understand. It was way too intimidating so I just ignored the histogram. I will definitely start looking at it now.

Totally with you on the tripod rage. I recently made little setup with a Manfrotto super clamp and small friction arm that instantly removed so many stress points about travelling with a tripod! 👌🏻 P.S. Any suggestions for long exposure photography in Toronto? I’m heading there early November!

That accidentally switching from raw to jpeg has caught me a couple times when stalking wildlife in full manual on my camera. The button that lets me roll between ISOs w/ my sub-command dial is just below the file output selector.

my cactus has been living for a couple of years now with me and a week ago it started dying :( I don't even know what I did wrong, my watering and sun exposure routine is the same,I've done nothing different.. Anyways, I moved it to a bigger pot and I'm praying it lives on
Nada Majdy I had a cactus once and it died. Which made me realize, I am less nurturing than a desert.
