I love the peacefulness and the tranquility of nature in your videos. You’ve created a beautiful lifestyle for yourself and your family.

Thank you so much! We do love spending time here. Still lot of work to be done. Can not wait to finish the house and move in but that is still a few years away.

Its so nice for the little chicks in their new spacious home. The sauerkraut will be so yum. I have never made it before, always thought I should try it. I have never seen this way of doing them whole, that is such a great idea. Its brilliant to be able to do this on a big scale. To have food in the pantry for the year. Question for you how old were you when you came to Australia, you were a child I think you said, also when did you learn English.

It is easy to make it one thing we found out in australia was the white flat cabbage was not good. It was never fermenting right and very chewy. So stay away from it. It is good for salad but not for fermenting. I was 17 years old when we came to australia. Left my country when I was 12 because of war and lived in Germany

How are the kids adapting to the different schooling there? I hear it is a lot more challenging than school in Australia.

They have adapted no problem. School is much harder here they do learn stuff and have homework. We are happy about that
