- On this day, 21st October 2016, Wonder Woman is named an Honorary Ambassador for Gender equality and women’s empowerment at the United Nations EDT at 12 noon timed with her 75th Anniversary of her first appearance in All-Star Comics #8, Winter 1941 by William Moulton Marston.
October the 21st will be officially "Wonder Woman Day".
This video celebrates the anniversary with a look back at the classic Wonder Woman, in particular the TV series that made her a house hold name.

As I recall from Wonder Woman #267 & 268 and The Pages of Action with The Forgotten Heroes Animalman is a Superhero.
You know your comment confused me for some time that I just realised that maybe you thought Angle Man was Animalman. The Angle Man is one of Wonder Woman's villains who used an Angler device to annoy Wonder Woman who first appeared in Wonder Woman #70, Cover date November 1954 in business attire before getting the Angler weapon in the 1970s by Darkseid. His new uniform shown in this cartoon was first introduced in The Secret Society of Super-Villains (1977).
