I have the Korean S22 Ultra that I am using in the US and this video confirmed all of my suspicions, so thank you very much for that! I just wanted to note that even though the 5G bar shows up on my Korean S22U in the US, its speeds for both 5G and LTE are extremely terrible compared to any phone made for the US.

I think this is the only video that really explains it very well. Throughout my experience I had S105G Korean and S21 Japanese version. They are not bad at all but I get network issues and I can't use Samsung pay.

Once sim unlock your can use any SIM card, I am not sure about esim ,but since the cellular network is open hopefully you can use any esim as well if device support it.

Samsung service centre will always have the genuine parts or they can order it, they can also refuse to to replace but will guide you with complete information.
Only drawback is Samsung Pay will not work in india and 5G is not compatible everywhere like Indian variant is designed with all the Indian network bands 4G and 5G

Japanese version is good for Japan region. You won't get any warranty anywhere, 5G support is also limited amd no samsung pay

Yes, as they are not designed for all the cellular bands for Uae region except for TDRA version, also Samsung pay won’t work here. Samsung might push an update in the future to fix the wallet issue. Second option is to root device and install custom rom which is not convenient for everyone

Vietnam is better, always go for the local version where you live
U1 are US Unlocked. But you might not be able to access 5G on your country since it's antenna is for 5G US carrier. Better get the Korean or hongkong model which supports 5G mm waveband mostly anywhere and has the best snapdragon processor

Refurbished are also original except for the fact that sometimes you can have a bad experience with refurbished ones because most of them are fixed devices which had issues before

International or Middle Eastern version, but there will be no warranty in India, unfortunately. you should go for local version as samsung amoled display can have issues
For the US unlocked version, it is unfortunately permanently locked to US and Puerto Rico SIM cards and eSIMs.
(This was done in response to the abuse of region unlocking tools like Samkey.)
