Im almost 60 years old ive been listening to his music far back as i can remember. And im hear to tell you he just gets better and better. This man is by far one of the best musicians thats ever been .hes in a class all of his own.
I AM 66 and agree with everything you said! This song is, if not perfect then it's DAMN NEAR! I remember back in the 60's he was on the cover of the first Rolling Stone magazine I ever bought ('68 I think). Didn't know who he was (although I HAD heard Brown Eyed Girl I didn't make the connection). That soon changed with Blue Money, Domino etc. and especially with the Tupelo Honey album, still one of my all time favs! Well gotta go back and listen to this a few more dozen times! Keep you and yours safe!

This song helped me survive a bone marrow transplant 22 years ago along with my nurse who shared with me. With Enlightenment and being close to her I experienced a joy only a true poet like V.M. could describe, and I thank her and him for saving and changing my life!
