Hey Happy Sunday! 🌼 I hope you are having a lovely weekend. I feel really grateful to be living this lifestyle but in this episode I felt a little off and homesick. For me, the hardest part of living on the move is not having a base to see friends and family, and then the friends you do make on the road can be brief encounters. Have you ever felt like this when travelling? The first 1,000 people to use the link will get a 1 month free trial of Skillshare: skl.sh/lostintransit07221 Thanks so much for watching✨ If you enjoyed this one please give it a thumbs up 👍 😁 See you again on Tuesday! Great video guys, really loved the informative forest talk, move over Attenborough! Oh and we heard the woodpecker, sounded like the cackle of a green woodpecker right!? I heard one the other day near a fjord and followed the sound and stumbled on 4 of them but didn't have my camera, next time though I will be dual-weilding cameras... Hope you are both ok, easy to get a little bit homesick sometimes right! for those times we have a stockpile of Bisto and/or smart price sage and onion mix 😅. Chris :)
Świetny vlog, widzę dużo entuzjazmu i energii u przyjaciółki.
Get tiger balm to rub on guys, it deters the insects. Ye really loved that forest. Lovely swims you two. We saw the father two, like ye, emotional watching it.
Never been motivated to comment on any video on RUclips. Your videos are a absolute pleasure to watch. Always entertaining and informative. Bloody hell, I sound like a school teacher. A+ and all that. Keep up the good work. Much love.
So interesting to hear all the information from Renata about the forest. I was especially intrigued by the tree that froze and thawed and caused a wound in the trunk. I’m sure I’ve seen that before, probably in Scotland , but never knew what it was.
No wild Bison? In Bialowiesza you should have seen loads! Anyway..theres a great vegan Israeli cuisine inspired restaurant in Warsaw. Think its called Tel Aviv. Check it out, its in the centre on Poznanska street, I think. . Youll enjoy walking around Warsaw, its Manhattanesque in spots.
I'm back in England! so I'm catching up on your videos!... Amazing wild forest! I expected Ewoks to appear out of the trees! When the rain is as heavy as that, and you're trapped in the Cabservatory, don't you wish you had a tunnel to get into the back of the van?! 😂
Forest - Amazing, Amazing, Amazing (id love to be Renata) , loved the enthusiasm from you both, looks like your definitely harnessing your teaching and documentary skills :-) The Father - Great, Great Great film. Not sure if this would be up both of your streets but Archive 81 (Netflix series) is brilliant and definitely worth a watch. Being home sick is natural I guess, back in the day the only way to communicate was either by letter or phone, at least today there are other means to see, speak and be connected to those we miss - its just a thing we experience sometimes. The memories and experiences you are both sharing together (in my mind) outweigh the occasional feelings of being home sick. Enjoy and savour every moment.
Our backyard in upstate NY was a half acre of primeval forest with three forest oaks like that (maybe 3/4 the size of the one you showed). All our neighbors had cut down their trees and replaced them with lawn.
Hi folks, that's me all up to date now, just been amazing these last few vlogs, you are deffs now up there in regards to how you present and edit these vlogs, there's no improvement left to do, they look well, sound well, how you show us on the map where you are going, then the white font on the bottom left hand of screen telling us the names of the places you are in, all just spot on. Excellent. Listen Iz, you are both doing some amount of travelling, like Ireland already seems so long ago, so you are bound to get days where you miss home and family, totally normal, hope you're feeling better now. 👍
Hi, Excellent video, loved to hear all your knowledge and see your joy at being in that virgin forest. Magical. Enjoy seeing you make the most of wherever you are, take care.xx
Hi guys. That forest looked really interesting with all those varieties of Trees, plants and animals.. crazy weather In Warsaw but I'm sure you had a good time. Keep safe guys.
That was one healthy forest with all those shrooms. I live in Cornwall, not too far from Cardinham Woods and there was hardly any shrooms last year. Not a good sign. 😥💚🌿
This is where we are from! We are neighbours when not travelling. Isabel is from Bodmin and Tom from lanlivery! I am yet to find a decent mushroom haul in Cornwall
Well if you are feeling homesick Iz we have just returned from Widemouth Bay in our van, it was really hot there all last week even though the weather changed like Warsaw on Saturday!! The forest visit is amazing but you were spot on having a guide. Enjoying your trip, well done both. Cheers, Mike🍷
Always the favorite Mermaid 🧜♀️. The European animal are always a pleasure to see almost the same as the North American animals but different. I hope you tour the USA 🇺🇸 soon. It would be great to see your reactions 😀
The editing is getting smooth! Loved the parts in the woods where it followed the music :D Also, staying in the van when it's pouring down looked lovely.
Most of the times in Europe, Thunderstorms will have a eastward propagation, meaning they come from the west and go to the east. As it was a hot day, Thunderstorms would have probably be formed in eastern Germany or western Poland and propagated eastward towards you as you were driving from the east into the center of Poland. nothing crazy about it :)
Great vid as always. I watched The Father and it was really well made imo. It made you feel like you were in his shoes. Now I understand a bit more the incredible confusion senile dementia brings . Careful what you eat, so many free radicals in our food these days....e.g. pink dye in ham and hot-dogs. Stay beautiful.
We don’t eat any meat, but I’m sure all the vegan meat replacements have all the same stuff in. Need to try and bring back a more whole food diet. It really was an eye opening film
Loved this video. Are you guys horticuturalists or environmental scientists? Your knowledge of trees is fascinating. Your adventures are really enjoyable. Thanks.
Again, love you guys and another great video! Can I ask what projector you use as currently looking for one too and would be interested in how you have found the one you use? Many thanks in advance
We use the viewsonic m1. The main reason I went for it is because it has a little arm/foot that it rests on and I had an idea for attaching it to the ceiling. It’s pretty good, nice and small with a built in speaker. It’s down size are 720p max and not as bright as some others, but we really love it.
@@LostInTransit thank you for taking the time to share that with me. Really appreciated and please keep up the great work and can't wait to see what you both get up to in the next video. Thanks again
Had to rewind a few times, and I still didn’t catch the game recommendations - I caught Katan, but the 2-player game? Love your accents, but sometimes they are rather thick, especially when you’re excited and talking fast.

I've revised this post. i've tried to weed out excessive weirdness, and the overly private feel. the last thing i'd want is to make you feel unease. i hope your homesicknesses passes. i think you're brave; tough; generous; kind; candid; and very good filmmakers. much love.

Geralt of Rivia wandered through this kind of forest, and this is where he fought all the monsters ;-).

Anthony Hopkins is such a great actor, but that film is a killer emotionally. Thanks for another informative and entertaining video you two!
'The Father'...Oh yes, an emotional story brilliantly told. Much like your good work today! Ireland misses you.
Tom this is brilliant, you are a natural. So interesting. This should be on TV. Find a production company or found your own.
