Commands changed overtime so this specifically won’t work on that version. However the website in the description can change versions and it’ll help with commands in 1.18.2

When you are in adventure mode, you cannot breaks blocks, but if you give the pickaxe certain data, it’ll be able to mine a block in adventure mode, I don’t remember the command off by heart but if you use the website in the description it’ll help you out heaps :)

It’s because either the biome or profession doesn’t work or is spelt wrong, as they can cause issues with the villager. Use my command in the description or the website which helps with commands

Great tutorial, but i have a question: can you somehow make villager "lock" the his trade after it happened? If i have, for example, two trades, and a player does the second one, i want this trade to be "locked" without first one being "locked" too. Is it possible?
Define locked, if you are looking for there to be only a certain amount of trades for that item, do the max users and adjust that, it will change the amount of times the villager trades until it goes to its work station

If the villager just closes the menu straight away, it is because you have put in a villager type that doesn’t exist, example try a farmer in the command, or it could be the biome you made the villager could be wrong, one of the two because whatever role or type you made the villager the command doesn’t recognise

I was having the same problem, looks like now you have to write "count" in lower case instead of "Count".

Great tutorial, but i have a question: can you somehow make villager "lock" the his trade after it happened?
If i have, for example, two trades, and a player does the second one, i want this trade to be "locked" without first one being "locked" too. Is it possible?
Define locked, if you are looking for there to be only a certain amount of trades for that item, do the max users and adjust that, it will change the amount of times the villager trades until it goes to its work station

It should work, try using the command in the description and change it to match yours, if not use the website in the description.

Yea there is, copy from basically max users and onwards, but try the website in description as it has all the commands for that and easy to follow

How do you make multiple trades?
Copy the command from max users and make sure to include all the brackets and braces. And then Include what you want

@@WyvernDrare with the max users, that’s what makes it so they have to trade that many times before they run out. But when they restock is when they go to their workstation and use it

I made a lot of custom trades in a command, checked 10 times and everything is written good, but when I spawn the villager and try to trade with him, the trading "menu" or whatever is this just automatically closes, I looked up for solving in Google, tried everything and none of it worked. Can you help me with that? I would be really grateful.
If the villager just closes the menu straight away, it is because you have put in a villager type that doesn’t exist, example try a farmer in the command, or it could be the biome you made the villager could be wrong, one of the two because whatever role or type you made the villager the command doesn’t recognise

you didn't put profession in the villager

Max users is the amount of trades you can do before it restocks, so if you do 1000 that means 1000 trades before the next restock

The profession of the villager might be wrong, or the type of villager. Those are usually the causes
