Damn. That execute is pretty strong for a passive. There's a reason why most executes have a long stacking mechanic before it becomes broken like ASol or Smolder. Mel's is like 100 times better than theirs because it's already available at level 1 and unlike the 2 dragons I've mentioned, hers is based on how long you're in a fight but the dragons need's you to stack until late game to make a difference. Compared to Urgot, in his case, it's his ult and needs you to land a skillshot that can hit or miss. Kalista needs to whittle you down so much that it's sometimes more worth using her E without executing the enemy for the slow unless you have enemy minions nearby to reset it. Maybe they should tone down her passive in the early game or something to make her at least somewhat balanced.
To be fair, the execute is only half as effective before you get your ult. Max build it's like 600 Magic damage+10 per stack ish, and it's resisted by MR. Asol and Smolder are true damage, so they're quite a bit better.
Her passive also makes her very strong at farming. You get much easier last hits with it. Just spam your Q or E, or even just AA blindly, and you should be getting the last hit anyway, it should be pretty hard to miss minions.

I thinik she also need self revive mechanic, that tp you to base, 20 sec cooldown. Also needs 7th and 8th item slot . And infinitely scale AP and AD while hitting any minions or towers or champions.
I guess since Vex has to press the button again to activate it once it lands it will just reflect the projectile but it won't allow you to go towards her.

I think the W is the only part of her kit that isn't broken AF. The W is a fun ability that would take game knowledge to master, as you'd need to learn all the abilities and what to reflect and not. But yes 2 whole years without a new support champion, they should have made her support.
She probably is an insane counter to brand, like his q cc is gone if you can reflect it. And the brand ult if done on her, will just reflect on enemies. But what about, if it second bounces to you, does it get reflected or you have to absorb it because it;s not from brand directly?? Probably a hard counter to any damaging support i guess, so Seraphine, Morgana, sorts.
