very true
I always thought Lewis was a lot younger. Dang he waited so long to fight Mike. Mike was way beyond his prime. Just fighting for checks.
You don't know sh*t. It was Tyson who waited and even paid Lennox, know facts not hype
You actually have it backwards. Mike avoided Lennox. Mike actually paid Lennox $4,000,000 in '96, and vacated a belt, so he wouldnt have to fight Lennox. Lennox was an Olympic amateur in his early 20s and didn't turn pro until '89 after winning Gold at the '88 Olympics.
@@travzimmerman1340 I'm reading the articles. It says it was Don King that paid him off. Lewis wasn't a big name at the time. Seldon was the big money fight.
@@chengyman lmao seldon. That guy took a dive
@@moneymayweathera it did look like it too lol. I heard tyson just got in his head
I think i like lewis now more than i did during his fighting career … good man
Cus was the man.speaking things into existence.
Tyson's prime. Destroys Lewis. No questions.
@@jd-rm4ez you commented so... 😉
Mike in his early 20s would have destroyed Lewis.
Don't think so. Either evenly matched but give edge to Lenox
Lol no Mike Tyson only beat bums. He also got destroyed by buster Douglas lmao
@@moneymayweatherawith a 13sec count
@@littleduc233
Tyson fangirls don't realize how dumb they sound. "seconds" have nothing to do with a referees "count". Mike got the exact same count. If you'd actually watch the fight you'd see just how badly Mike was obliterated that night.
Lennox was always light-years better than Mike.
Learn the sport.
Lennox was still an Amateur when Mike was 20. Your saying an amateur would have beaten the heavyweight champion ? Talk about delusional
Wow Cus D Amato was truly a legend, he really was looking out for Mike Tyson.
One of the most underrated heavyweights ever. I know hes well respected by boxing fans but he still deserves more. But thats just like, my opinion man.
Unquestionably one of the greatest heavyweights ever. Low key underrated fr💪🏾
“ Tyson met me” ☠️naaaaa buddy you met Tyson
I cannot believe how young Lennox looks. I'm actually shocked at how well he has looked after himself. Quite rare for a boxer.
Mike genuinely loved and respected Cus. ❤️❤️
Cus was a dang boxing prophet. He knew both those boys were great
That Cus impersonation was legit!
It pans to joe and joe is all ears and smiling. Its like he was watching it live
Joe was flabbergasted when he heard Lewis call Tyson a "Nice Guy"
Him impersonating Cuz, gives me goosebumps 🔥👊🏽🔥
He needed him all right money💰💰💰
Big fan of Lennox watched him come up , always a class act in and out of the ring
2 Boxers who peaked at different stages of the lives
Lennox was and still is Fineeeee!!❤❤❤ Always loved him as a boxer.
You know what i learn watching boxer talking don't judge them only in the ring look at them outside the ring you'll find out these people are really great people
Lennox lewis ia a boxer....great athlete....great role model in this sport....
Lennox changed the game by simply being a giant. He was one of the biggest heavyweights in his era. The HW fight game has been all monster men since. Good luck coming in at 6ft and 205 in 2023.
Met Lennox huge man
