    Very good cinematics, the worm eye nailed it and the composition showing the whole platform in which he could move, great showcase of the range of motion, I'm currently watching a lot of Cyr Wheels performances and although I prefer the ones that are less 'manly', this is a nice exploration.

    Great performance! I remember a while ago I watched a interview with you about blood type diet are you still doing that? or trying something new thanks.

    • @jonymorin
      @jonymorin  2 года назад +1

      Thank you very much for your comment!!! It's very kind of you. Concerning your question, I do not necessarily follow the blood type diet 100% anymore. I have tried multiple ways of eating. The best nutrition for us all and for you is the one that will give you the best results... and that applies to anything in your life. Result is the one thing that will never lie. Don't listen to what I say or what the so called specialist is saying. It might work for one person but could be detrimental for the other. What I highly advice is this. Test things. Give it an honest shot and watch the feedback. This will never lie. You will know for sure what is best for you and there will be changes always. What worked in your 20's won't work necessarily as well in your 30's. And same for your 40's and until your very last breath in your life. Always allow to test things and see what works best for you. At the moment, I am very much vegetarian and I also do intermittent fasting to cleanse my body. We will see how it unfolds through time. If you have more questions, I'll be pleased to give you my thoughts. May you find your perfect formula for YOU!!!! Kindestregards., Jonathan

      @@jonymorin very well said, thank you for taking the time. Do you try to stay within a certain percentage of carbs fats protein? How do you balance that and how many grams of protein you are trying to get in a day, and being mostly vegetarian from what sources you getting it? I for example tried keto mostly carnivore for a while stayed lean but don’t have the energy for workouts like when I am adding carbs. Another question is are you trying to avoid bread since so many are saying it’s bad for you and I mean good home made bread not the one with 100 ingredients in it lol ?

      @@dogoargentino7834 Good questions once more. It will revolve around what I previously shared in my last message. For instance, Paul Chek had said a few years back that there are 4200 different types of diets out there. It's humongous! With just that statement alone, you can see how the nutrition world is flooded with point of views. He approached the subject by saying that he is a "flex-o-tarian". Lovely word as this allows moment and fluidity with the realm of nutrition. What am I trying to say here? There isn't many things I know for sure in life. Some of them are that things will always change and the other thing is that we are living being and life ask for movement, adaptation and flexibility in our choices through time. So, now, I read you saying that you don't have as much energy when you cut the carbs. This does tell you something. If I was to come to you and say to continue to keep the carbs away, you might have resistance because you felt that it doesn't work too well for you. The option perhaps could be to extend this trial by continuing for a bit longer and see if the body adapts for the better or not. If it doesn't, change. I like carbs too. It indeed gives me energy and I enjoy it also. Of course, I eat super high quality carbs as well and forget about "ingredients". They are terrible! Another thing I know for sure is that human are mostly there for the cash and nature is there for our own benefit. I can safely say that in relation to nutrition, go as close to nature as possible. When humans pick it up from nature to put it in a bottle or a bag, absolutely fine. When it's made up and created in laboratories, just be careful. It might not be the best thing for you. Is that true? I don't know but I do know that human didn't create me, nature did. Period. So it's logical that I follow what nature intended for us all and leave the rest of the products that doesn't serve me for the best on the shelf where it belongs. Now in terms of the type of proteins, I never was listening to the amount of protein they say we should eat. Do you know what is the % of protein present in human mother's breast milk? Any idea? Do you want to give it a try? Just try a number... and look further down for the answer...
      ....
      ... less than 2%! That's right, you read right! Less than 2%!!!!! That tells you something. As toddlers, we are at the peak of growth right there and we need only less than 2%? Wowww! That's impressive. Now what? Is the industry lying about the amount of protein we need? I don't know but what if it wouldn't be as much as we thought necessary? So in my case, I don't even calculate it. I eat what I eat and that's it! If I want to, I use some high quality vegetarian protein in powder. I don't do it systematically when I train. I take it when I feel I need a little boost of it. I follow my feeling. Is this the perfect formula? I don't know. I test things all the time. I never settle. I try and I check for results. This is how I trust it's the best way to approach nutrition, health and any other subjects of life on that matter. Have fun in the process and be willing to experiment this thing call life! Cheers!
