Instead of using a screwdriver I'd recommend getting a pair of something like fish bone tweezers and bending the tips a bit, that way they work very similarly to something like a keycap puller!
I purchased (a gift) an HBA Dell PERC H310 from your ebay store last year and just now have build the machine (a dual boot - Linux Mint & Win 10pro). Linux sees the six drive (JBOD), but Window 10 does not see anything ? Went to your ebay site and no support or info if I need drivers or not, and if I do where would I get them ? This is the only place I though to ask you as I can't contact you (card was a gift, so I have no ebay account)? WHAT TO DO ???
Have you checked that Windows has the driver setup for the card? Does it show any unknown devices that require a driver in your device manager? You can always reach me on social media (here, FB, X, IG) and you can always reach out from artofserver.com.
@@ArtofServer Thanks, will give that a shot. Hopefully will work with an UNACTIVATED Windows 10. I'm trying to get off any Windows dependency. My daily-driver is still Windows 7pro, and would use that if it supported all the new hardware (don't think it does). Did not know you had a web-site, thanks ! Will contact you (if needed) that way, as I don't do ANY social media (just youtube). Thanks for your help !
