Since all the comments are over 10 yo , I'm gonna add one for 2022/23 and say this .....NEVER ANGER A DEMIGOD.... definitely one of the OP villains , Guyver this forgoten anime deserves a comeback to take it's rightful place at the top
Murakami(mostly known as Imakarum now) works for Archanfel cause Barcus optimize him with a symbiotic relationshop between the two, though the details of it are unknown. Also, Archanfel actually calls him Masaki.
there are only 12 episodes of the old anime, and those went up to about volume 3 of the manga before they diverted, though they did come back for the aptom arc. Ignore them completely, regardless. The new series is 26 episodes, and follow the manga very closely. they end around volume 10 of the manga. To answer about Archanfel, he is the original Zoalord, and creator of the other 11 (12 including Murikami later in the manga). To date, the new series progresses farthest in the story in the US.
@isawrath ive only read synopsis of the manga and i think my favorite twist is when gyout comes back into the frey. if they followed the manga though, the battles with the zoalords would eclipse everything they have showed already. itd be intense.
I think the manga is still going :o I guess is the aliens who invented the guyver are some how or another going to come back and give Guyver I one helluva power boost. He has Gigaguyver, but I doubt thats enough
@isawrath i hate all the subliminal messages these episodes show! a) arkenphel with guots zoacrystal and murakamis body... imakarum. b) shizu "sensing" that agito is around... agito later turns her into a zoalord with greater sphycic ability than barcus and uses zoanoids against chronos. c) what are they turning the red sea into ambiotic fluid for? the ARK! FML, i want to see more.
SPOILER Thing is, they ( the aliens ) invented the Guyver Bio Boost Armor for war. They actually created the human race for it to be the Guyver's host, that's why the human race has such violent behavior. They stuck us onto this planet earth and realised that we humans were to dangerous so they left earth. blablabla spoiler spoiler :) read the manga
